Description
Claims (12)
- 다음의 화학식으로 표시되는 아릴렌계 화합물:식 중, R1' 및 R2'는 각각 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 22개의 지방족이나 지환족 알킬기 및 알콕시기, 탄소수 6 내지 18개의 아릴이나 아릴옥시기, 실리콘, 주석 또는 게르마늄의 알킬 및 아릴 유도체, 및 할로겐 원자로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 치환기이고,Ar1과 Ar2는 각각 수소, 트리메틸실릴, 브롬 또는 알킬기이거나, 또는 페닐, 나프틸 또는 그 유도체를 포함하는 탄소수 6 내지 18개의 방향족기를 나타내는 것이고,Ar과 Ar'는 각각 페닐렌, 나프탈렌, 안트라센, 플로렌, 티오펜, 피롤, 피리딘, 아릴옥사디아졸, 트리아졸, 카바졸, 아릴아민, 아릴실란 및 그 유도체로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 아릴렌기를 나타내는 것이며,m = 0 또는 1이고, n = 1이며,다만 m=0인 경우, Ar1과 Ar2는 수소가 아니다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 R1' 및 R2'가 각각 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸, 이소부틸, 펜틸, 헥실, 에틸헥실, 헵틸, 옥틸, 이소옥틸, 노닐, 데실, 도데실, 헥사데실, 옥타데실, 도코데실, 시클로프로필, 시클로펜틸, 시클로헥실, 메톡시, 에톡시, 부톡시, 헥실옥시, 메톡시에톡시에틸, 메톡시에톡시에톡시에틸, 시아노에틸, 카르복시메틸, 페닐, 페녹시, 톨릴, 벤질, 나프틸 또는 안트라센 및 그 유도체, 트리메틸실릴, 트리페닐실릴, 트리부틸틴, 트리에틸게르마늄, 요오드, 브롬 및 염소로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 아릴렌계 화합물.
- 다음의 화학식으로 표시되는 아릴렌계 중합체:식 중, R1' 및 R2'는 각각 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 22개의 지방족이나 지환족 알킬기 및 알콕시기, 탄소수 6 내지 18개의 아릴이나 아릴옥시기, 실리콘, 주석 또는 게르마늄의 알킬 및 아릴 유도체, 및 할로겐 원자로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 치환기이고,Ar1과 Ar2는 각각 수소, 트리메틸실릴, 브롬 또는 알킬기이거나, 또는 페닐, 나프틸 또는 그 유도체를 포함하는 탄소수 6 내지 18개의 방향족기를 나타내는 것이고,Ar과 Ar'는 각각 페닐렌, 나프탈렌, 안트라센, 플로렌, 티오펜, 피롤, 피리딘, 아릴옥사디아졸, 트리아졸, 카바졸, 아릴아민, 아릴실란 및 그 유도체로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 아릴렌기를 나타내는 것이며,m은 0 또는 1 이상의 정수이고, n은 2 이상의 정수를 나타내며,다만 m=0인 경우, Ar1과 Ar2는 수소가 아니다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 R1' 및 R2'가 각각 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸, 이소부틸, 펜틸, 헥실, 에틸헥실, 헵틸, 옥틸, 이소옥틸, 노닐, 데실, 도데실, 헥사데실, 옥타데실, 도코데실, 시클로프로필, 시클로펜틸, 시클로헥실, 메톡시, 에톡시, 부톡시, 헥실옥시, 메톡시에톡시에틸, 메톡시에톡시에톡시에틸, 시아노에틸, 카르복시메틸, 페닐, 페녹시, 톨릴, 벤질, 나프틸 또는 안트라센 및 그 유도체, 트리메틸실릴, 트리페닐실릴, 트리부틸틴, 트리에틸게르마늄, 요오드, 브롬 및 염소로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 아릴렌계 중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, Ar과 Ar'가 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이한 플로렌기인 중합체 또는 Ar은 플로렌기이고, Ar'는 플로렌기 이외의 아릴렌기인 중합체인 아릴렌계 중합체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 n이 정수 2 내지 1000인 것을 특징으로 하는 아릴렌계 중합체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 단량체 반복 단위가 서로 동일한 동종중합체 또는 서로 상이한 공중합체인 아릴렌계 중합체.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 아릴렌계 중합체를 발광층으로서 함유하는 전기발광 소자.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전기발광 소자가 양극/발광층/음극. 양극/정공 전달층/발광층/전자 전달층/음극 또는 양극/정공 주입층/정공 전달층/발광층/전자 전달층/전자 주입층/음극으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기발광 소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 플로렌계 중합체를 열 및/또는 빛에 의하여 가교시켜 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기발광 소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 발광층으로서 제 3 항에 따른 플로렌계 중합체를 폴리비닐카바졸, 폴리(1,4-헥실옥시-2,5-페닐렌비닐렌), 폴리(3-헥실티오펜), 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리비닐부틸알, 폴리비닐아민, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리우레탄, ABS, 폴리설폰 또는 폴리비닐플로라이드와 같은 열가소성 플라스틱이나, 아세탈, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리에스테르, 알키드, 우레아, 퓨란, 나일론, 멜라민, 페놀, 실리콘 및 에폭시로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 범용 수지와 블렌딩하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기발광 소자.
