Claims (4)
- 액정층을 사이에 두고 대향하는 일방 및 타방의 기판을 구비하여 이루어지며, 각 기판의 액정층측의 면에 일방 및 타방의 투명전극이 각각 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치로서,상기 일방 및 타방의 투명전극을 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 일측면측으로 인출하기 위한 일방 및 타방의 인출배선이, 상기 기판의 어느 쪽인가 일방 또는 양방에 형성되고,상기 일방 및 타방의 인출배선은, 그 적어도 일부 또는 전부가, 투명도전층 및 도전성 반사방지층을 적어도 적층하는 것에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 1개의 구동IC에 의해 구동되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 일방 및 타방의 기판사이에 이방성도전수지가 환형상으로 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 액정층이 상기 환형상의 이방성도전수지의 내측에 배치됨으로써 상기 기판사이에 협지되어 이루어지고,상기 일방의 투명전극을 상기 일방의 기판의 일측면측으로 인출하기 위한 상기 타방의 인출배선이 상기 일방의 기판상에 형성되며,상기 타방의 투명전극을 상기 일방의 기판의 일측면측으로 인출하기 위한 상기 타방의 인출배선이 상기 일방의 기판상에 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 타방의 투명전극과 상기 타방의 인출배선이 상기 이방성도전수지에 의해 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1개의 구동IC에 의해 구동되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인출배선을 구성하는 상기 도전성 반사방지층이, 상기 투명도전층 보다 표시면측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1개의 구동IC에 의해 구동되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 반사방지층이 금속막과 저반사성 금속산화물막과의 적층막 또는 저반사성 금속막 단독으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1개의 구동IC에 의해 구동되는 액정표시장치.
