Claims (10)
- Li2O, Na2O, K2O, MgO, CaO, SrO 및 BaO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, 적어도 Li2O, Na2O 및 K2O 중 임의의 2종 이상의 알칼리 금속 산화물을 포함하는 복수 종의 금속 산화물이 5∼20 mol%, ZrO2와 TiO2 중 어느 하나 또는 양자가 총량으로서 3~12 mol%, 그리고 잔부가 SiO2와 불가피 불순물인 유리를 결합재로 하여, 세라믹 입자를 결합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Li2O, Na2O 및 K2O 중 임의의 2종 이상의 알칼리 금속 산화물에서, 함유량이 최대인 것이 최소인 것의 2배 미만(몰비)의 함유량인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Li2O, Na2O 및 K2O 중 임의의 2종 이상의 알칼리 금속 산화물 함유량의 몰수가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 MgO와 CaO 중 적어도 어느 하나를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산 및 알칼리에 노출되는 환경에서 여과 필터로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
- Li2O, Na2O, K2O, MgO, CaO, SrO 및 BaO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, 적어도 Li2O, Na2O 및 K2O 중 임의의 2종 이상의 알칼리 금속 산화물을 포함하는 복수 종의 금속 산화물이 5∼20 mol%, ZrO2와 TiO2 중 어느 하나 또는 양자가 총량으로서 3~12 mol%, 그리고 잔부가 SiO2와 불가피 불순물인 유리를 제조하는 방법으로서, 적어도 알칼리 금속 산화물을 포함하는 복수 종의 금속 산화물을 10∼20 mol% 함유하는 유리 프릿에 실리카 졸을 혼합하여 소결함으로써, 최종적으로 상기 금속 산화물을 5∼20 mol% 함유하는 유리를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 기재한 유리 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 유리를 결합재로 하고, 세라믹 입자를 결합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
- 다공질 기재의 표면에 다공질 중간막을 형성하고, 그 중간막의 표면에 여과막을 더 형성하여 이루어지는 복층 구조의 세라믹 필터의 제조 방법으로서,상기 복층 구조의 세라믹 필터는 기재의 표면에 실리카 졸을 함유하는 중간막용 슬러리로 중간막을 성막하고, 그 중간막의 표면에 여과막용 슬러리로 여과막을 성막한 후 건조시켜 얻은 적층체를 소성하여 제조되며,상기 기재, 상기 중간막, 그리고 상기 여과막 중 하나 이상은,Li2O, Na2O, K2O, MgO, CaO, SrO 및 BaO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, 적어도 Li2O, Na2O 및 K2O 중 임의의 2종 이상의 알칼리 금속 산화물을 포함하는 복수 종의 금속 산화물이 5∼20 mol%, ZrO2와 TiO2 중 어느 하나 또는 양자가 총량으로서 3~12 mol%, 그리고 잔부가 SiO2와 불가피 불순물인 유리를 결합재로 하여, 세라믹 입자를 결합하여 이루어지는 세라믹 다공체인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기재의 표면에 실리카 졸을 함유하는 중간막용 슬러리로 중간막을 성막하고 건조시킨 후, 소성하지 않고 상기 중간막의 표면에 여과막용 슬러리로 여과막을 성막하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산 및 알칼리에 노출되는 환경에서 여과 필터로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
