Claims (28)
- A) 공중합된 형태에서 5 중량% 이하의 α,β-에틸렌 불포화 모노- 또는 디카르복실산을 포함하는, 유리 라디칼 중합에 의해 수득가능한 1 종 이상의 중합체,B) 공중합된 형태에서 15 중량% 이상의 α,β-에틸렌 불포화 모노- 또는 디카르복실산을 포함하는, 유리 라디칼 중합에 의해 수득가능한 1 종 이상의 중합체 및C) 2개 이상의 히드록시알킬기를 갖는 1 종 이상의 알칸올아민을 포함하는, 성형품용 결합제로서의 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)가 공중합된 형태에서 α,β-에틸렌 불포화 C3∼C6 모노- 또는 디카르복실산을 함유하는 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (A)가 공중합된 형태에서 주 단량체로서 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산과 C1∼C12-알칸올의 에스테르, 비닐방향족 화합물, C2∼C12 모노카르복실산의 비닐 에스테르 또는 C1∼C12-알킬 비닐 에테르를 함유하는 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 공중합된 형태에서 20 중량% 이상의 모노- 또는 디카르복실산을 함유하는 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 공중합된 형태에서 모노- 또는 디카르복실산으로서 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 크로톤산, 푸마르산, 말레산, 2-메틸말레산 및 이타콘산으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 함유하는 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 공중합된 형태에서 (메트)아크릴산과 C1∼C12 모노알콜 또는 디알콜의 에스테르, 비닐방향족 화합물, 부타디엔, 지방족 C2∼C12 모노카르복실산의 비닐 에스테르, (메트)아크릴로니트릴, (메트)아크릴아미드, N-C1∼C6-알킬(메트)아크릴아미드 및 N,N-디-C1∼C6-알킬(메트)아크릴아미드 중에서 선택된 다른 에틸렌 불포화 단량체를 포함하는 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 성분 (C)가 하나 이상의 하기 화학식 I의 화합물을 포함하는 열 경화성 수성 조성물:<화학식 I>상기 식에서,A는 알킬, 히드록시알킬, 시클로알킬, OH 및 NR6R7 (여기서, R6 및 R7은 독립적으로 H, 히드록시알킬 또는 알킬이다) 중에서 독립적으로 선택된 하나 이상의 기로 치환되거나 비치환되고, 산소 및 NR5로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 기 {여기서, R5은 H, 히드록시알킬, (CH2)nNR6R7 (이때, n은 2 내지 5이고, R6 및 R7은 상기 정의된 바와 같다) 또는 알킬이며, 하나 이상의 기 NR5 (이때, R5은 상기 정의된 바와 같다)가 삽입될 수 있고, 하나 이상의 기 NR6R7 (이때, R6 및 R7은 상기 정의된 바와 같다)에 의해 치환될 수 있다}가 삽입되거나 삽입되지 않은 C2∼C18-알킬렌이거나; 또는 A는 화학식(여기서, o, q 및 s는 독립적으로 0 또는 1 내지 6의 정수이고, p 및 r은 독립적으로 1 또는 2이며, t는 0, 1 또는 2이고, 지환족 라디칼은 1, 2 또는 3개의 알킬로 치환될 수도 있다)의 라디칼이며,R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 독립적으로 H, 히드록시알킬, 알킬 또는 시클로알킬이다.

- 제8항에 있어서, 성분 (C)가 하나 이상의 하기 화학식 Ic의 화합물 중에서 선택되는 열 경화성 수성 조성물:<화학식 Ic>상기 식에서,A3는 하나 이상의 NR5기 (여기서, R5은 H, 히드록시알킬 또는 CH2CH2NR6R7이다)가 삽입된 C2∼C8-알킬렌이고;R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 독립적으로 하나 이상의 NR5기가 삽입되거나 또는 삽입되어 있지 않고, 하나 이상의 NR6R7기로 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬이며;R5는 H, 히드록시알킬 또는 -R8NR6R7이고;R6 및 R7는 독립적으로 H, 히드록시알킬 또는 -R8NR6R7이고;R8은 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌 라디칼이며;여기에서 (평균) 30 % 이상의 질소는 히드록시알킬을 보유한다.

- 제8항에 있어서, 성분 (C)가 하나 이상의 하기 화학식 Ie의 화합물 중에서 선택되는 열 경화성 수성 조성물:<화학식 Ie>상기 식에서,A5는 하나 이상의 NR5기 {여기서, R5는 하나 이상의 NR5기 (여기서, R5는 (CH2)nNR6R7 또는 알킬이다)가 삽입되거나 삽입되지 않은 (CH2)nNR6R7 또는 알킬이다}가 삽입되거나 삽입되어 있지 않고, 하나 이상의 NR6R7기에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 C6∼C18-알킬렌이고;n은 2 또는 3이며;R1, R2, R3, R4, R6 및 R7은 독립적으로 히드록시알킬 또는 H이다.

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 정의에서 성분 (C)의 히드록시알킬이 히드록시프로필 또는 히드록시에틸인 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 성분 (A) 및 (B)를 50:1 내지 1:50의 중량비 (고형물 기준)로 포함하고, 성분 (B) 및 (C)를 100:1 내지 1:1의 중량비로 포함하는 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 및 (B)의 카르복실 대 성분 (C)의 히드록실의 몰비가 20:1 내지 1:5의 범위인 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 반응 촉진제를 추가로 포함하는 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미세 분할된 재료를 포함하는, 성형품용 결합제로서의 열 경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제1항에 정의된 열경화성 수성 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 성분 (C)가 제1항 및 제8항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 수용성의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 지방족 화합물로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
