Claims (5)
- A) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레인이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물의 1종 이상의 열가소성 단독중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체 5 내지 95 중량%,B) B.1) 5 내지 90 중량부의 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레인이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물이 B.2) 유리 전이 온도가 ≤0 ℃인 95 내지 10 중량부의 고무상에 그라프트된 1종 이상의 그라프트 중합체 5 내지 95 중량%, 및C) 내부 윤활제, 대전방지제, 탈형제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제 1 내지 10 중량부 (A+B 100 중량부 당)를 함유하며,성분 A)는 괴상, 용액 또는 현탁 중합에 의해 제조되고 올리고머 함량이 ≤1 중량%이고, 성분 B)는 유화 중합에 의해 제조되며, 성형 조성물의 총 올리고머 함량은 ≤0.8 중량%이고, 성형 조성물중 첨가제의 양에 대한 첨가제의 분자량의 비율 (중량% 단위)은 150 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 ABS형 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,A) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레인이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물의 1종 이상의 열가소성 단독중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체 10 내지 90 중량%,B) B.1) 30 내지 80 중량부의 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, N-치환 말레인이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물이 B.2) 유리 전이 온도가 ≤0 ℃인 70 내지 20 중량부의 고무상에 그라프트된 1종 이상의 그라프트 중합체 10 내지 90 중량%, 및C) 내부 윤활제, 대전방지제, 탈형제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제 2 내지 7.5 중량부 (A+B 100 중량부 당)를 함유하며,성분 A)는 괴상, 용액 또는 현탁 중합에 의해 제조되고 올리고머 함량이 ≤0.75 중량%이고, 성분 B)는 유화 중합에 의해 제조되며, 성형 조성물의 총 올리고머 함량은 ≤0.7 중량%이고, 성형 조성물중 첨가제의 양에 대한 첨가제의 분자량의 비율 (중량% 단위)은 200 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 ABS형 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 성분 A)로서 스티렌/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 및(또는) α-메틸스티렌/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1 또는 2항에 기재된 열가소성 성형 조성물을 포함하는 사출 성형품.
- 제1 또는 2항에 기재된 열가소성 성형 조성물을 포함하는 고광택 성형품.
