- 작업기에 설치되고, 작업기의 각 부의 고장을 검출하는 검출장치와,작업기에 설치되고, 상기 검출장치로 검출된 고장을 나타내는 고장신호를 송신하는 작업기측 송신장치와,작업기 감시시설에 설치되고, 상기 작업기측 송신장치로부터 송신된 상기 고장신호를 수신하는 작업기 감시측 수신장치와,작업기 감시시설에 설치되고, 미리 고장신호에 대응하는 대처법을 저장한 데이터베이스장치와,작업기 감시시설에 설치되고, 상기 작업기 감시측 수신장치에서 수신한 고장신호에 의거하여 상기 데이터베이스장치에 엑세스하여 상기 수신한 고장신호가 나타내는 고장의 대처법을 구하는 대처법 연산장치와,작업기 감시시설에 설치되고, 구해진 상기 대처법을 나타내는 대처신호를 송신하는 작업기 감시측 송신장치와,상기 작업기에 설치되고, 상기 송신되어 오는 대처신호를 수신하는 작업기측 수신장치와,상기 작업기에 설치되고, 상기 작업기측 수신장치에서 수신한 대처신호에 의거하여 대처법을 표시하는 모니터와,상기 작업기에 설치되고, 미리 고장신호에 대응하는 대처법을 저장한 작업기 내 데이터베이스장치를 구비하고,상기 작업기측 송신장치는, 상기 검출장치로 검출된 고장을 나타내는 고장신호를 상기 작업기 감시시설에 송신할 필요가 있는지의 여부를 판정하여, 상기 작업기 감시시설에 송신이 불필요하다고 판정하는 경우는, 상기 고장신호에 의거하여 상기 작업기 내의 데이터베이스장치에 엑세스하여 상기 고장신호가 나타내는 고장의 대처법을 구하여 상기 모니터에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장대처법 출력시스템.
- 작업기에 설치되고, 작업기의 각 부의 고장을 검출하는 검출장치와,작업기에 설치되고, 상기 검출장치로 검출된 고장을 나타내는 고장신호를 송신하는 작업기측 송신장치와,작업기 감시시설에 설치되고, 상기 작업기측 송신장치로부터 송신된 상기 고장신호를 수신하는 작업기 감시측 수신장치와,작업기 감시시설에 설치되고, 미리 고장신호에 대응하는 대처법을 저장한 데이터베이스장치와,작업기 감시시설에 설치되고, 상기 작업기 감시측 수신장치에서 수신한 고장신호에 의거하여 상기 데이터베이스장치에 엑세스하여 상기 수신한 고장신호가 나타내는 고장의 대처법을 구하는 대처법 연산장치와,작업기 감시시설에 설치되고, 구해진 상기 대처법을 나타내는 대처신호를 송신하는 작업기 감시측 송신장치와,상기 작업기에 설치되고, 상기 송신되어 오는 대처신호를 수신하는 작업기측 수신장치와,상기 작업기측 수신장치에서 수신한 대처신호에 의거하여 대처법을 표시하는 모니터를 구비하고,상기 작업기 감시측 송신장치는, 상기 고장신호가 즉시 작업기를 정지할 필요가 있는 고장내용의 경우에는 엔진을 정지하는 신호를 작업기에 송신함과 동시에,상기 모니터는, 상기 엔진을 정지하는 신호가 송신되어 온 경우는, 그것에 따르는 메시지를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장대처법 출력시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 모니터는, 상기 엔진을 정지하는 신호가 송신되어 온 경우는, 서비스맨이 도착할 때까지 엔진을 재기동하지 않도록 한다는 것을 알리는 표시를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고장대처법 출력시스템.
