Description
Claims (12)
- 기판상에 각각 설치된 복수의 주사선, 상기 복수의 주사선에 교차하는 복수의 데이터선 그리고 전류공급선 및,상기 기판상의 표시영역내에 설치되고, 그 각각은 상기 복수의 주사선의 하나에 공급된 상기 주사신호로 턴 온되어 상기 복수의 데이터선의 하나에서 공급되는 데이터 신호를 취입하는 제 1 액티브 소자와,상기 제 1 액티브소자로 취입된 상기 데이터신호를 보지하는 데이터 보지소자와,발광소자와,상기 데이터 보지소자에 보지된 상기 데이터 신호를 따라서 상기 전류공급선에서의 전류를 상기 발광소자에 공급하여 상기 발광소자를 발광시키는 제 2 액티브소자를 가지는 복수의 화소를 구비하고,상기 발광소자는 상기 제 2 액티브소자로 구동되는 제 1 전극층과,상기 제 1 전극층상에 형성된 유기발광층과,상기 유기발광층상에 형성된 제 2 전극층을 갖고,상기 복수의 주사선의 각각에 공급되는 상기 주사신호에 호응한 상기 복수의 데이터의 각각으로부터의 상기 데이터 신호의 상기 제 1 액티브소자에 의한 취입이 종료할 때마다, 상기 각각의 데이터선을 이것을 통하여 상기 데이터 신호가 공급되기 전의 초기상태로 복귀시키는 리셋회로가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 리셋 회로는 상기 주사선의 하나에 공급되는 상기 주사신호에 따라서 상기 데이터선의 하나로부터 상기 제 1 액티브소자에 취입되는 상기 데이터신호를 보지하는 상기 데이터 보지소자를 상기 주사신호의 상기 주사선의 하나로 공급개시 후에 또 상기 데이터선의 하나에 상기 데이터신호가 공급되기 전의 초기상태로 복귀시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 리셋회로는 상기 주사신호가 상기 복수의 주사선의 각각에 공급될 때마다, 상기 복수의 데이터선의 각각을 상기 데이터신호가 공급되기 전의 초기상태로 복귀시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수의 데이터선의 각각에 상기 데이터 신호를 출력하는 데이터 구동회로가 상기 기판상에 설치되고, 상기 리셋회로는 상기 데이터 구동회로의 후단 또 상기 복수의 데이터선의 전단에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수의 데이터선의 각각의 일단에 접속되고 또 상기 복수의 데이터선의 각각에 상기 데이터신호를 출력하는 데이터 구동회로가 상기 기판상에 설치되고, 상기 리셋회로는 상기 데이터선의 각각의 타단에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수의 주사선에 접속되는 주사구동회로와 상기 복수의 데이터선에 접속되는 데이터 구동회로가 상기 기판상에 있어서의 상기 표시영역의 외측에 설치되고, 상기 기판의 상기 주사 구동회로가 배치되는 일변은 상기 기판의 상기 데이터 구동회로가 배치되는 타변에 인접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
