Claims (7)
- 복수의 주사선과, 상기 복수의 주사선에 교차하는 복수의 데이터선으로 매트릭스상으로 형성되고 상기 각 주사선과 각 데이터선의 교차부마다 화소를 가지며,상기 화소에 표시를 위한 전류를 공급하는 전류공급선을 구비하고,상기 화소는 상기 주사선에서 선택되는 액티브소자와, 이 액티브소자의 턴온으로 상기 데이터선에서 공급되는 데이터신호를 보지하는 데이터 보지 소자 및 상기 데이터 보지소자에 보지된 데이터 신호에 따라 상기 전류공급선에서 공급되는 전류로 발광하는 발광소자를 갖고,상기 발광소자를 소정기간에 걸쳐 구동하기 위한 상기 데이터 보지소자의 기준준위를 해당 화소가 선택되기 직전 주사선 전위로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 복수의 주사선과, 상기 복수의 주사선에 교차하는 복수의 데이터선으로 매트릭스상으로 형성되고 상기 각 주사선과 각 데이터선의 교차부마다 발광소자를 구비하는 화소를 가짐과 동시에 상기 화소에 표시를 위한 전류를 공급하는 전류공급선을 구비하고,상기 화소는 제 1 액티브소자와 제 2 액티브소자 및 데이터신호 보지소자를 갖는 화소회로와, 상기 화소회로의 출력신호로 화소의 점등과 비점등이 제어되는 화소전극 및 대향전극을 갖고,상기 제 1 액티브소자의 출력단자는 상기 제 2 액티브소자의 입력단자에 접속되고 상기 데이터신호 보지소자는 상기 제 1 액티브소자의 출력단자와 상기 제 2 액티브소자의 입력단자 접속부에 한 쪽 단자를 접속하며,상기 제 1 액티브소자는 상기 주사선에서 공급되는 주사신호로 도통상태와 비도통상태로 스위칭구동되어, 도통상태에서는 상기 데이터선에서 공급되는 데이터신호를 상기 데이터신호 보지소자에 보지하고,상기 제 2 액티브소자는 상기 제 1 액티브소자의 비도통상태에서는 상기 데이터 신호 보지 소자에 보지된 데이터 신호에 따른 전류를 상기 전류공급선에서 상기 화소전극에 공급하며,상기 데이터신호 보지소자의 다른 쪽 단자를 상기 제 1 액티브소자를 스위칭구동하는 상기 주사선에 대해 직전에 주사되는 화소회로의 주사신호가 공급되는 주사선에 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 전류공급선은 상기 데이터선에 평행한 방향으로 늘어서 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제 1 액티브소자 및 상기 제 2 액티브소자는 박막 트랜지스터이고 상기 데이터 신호 보지소자는 콘덴서인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 복수의 주사선에 주사신호를 공급하는 주사구동회로, 상기 복수의 데이터선에 데이터 신호를 공급하는 데이터 구동회로, 상기 전류공급선에 전류를 공급하는 전류 공급회로를 상기 주사선과 상기 데이터선 및 상기 전류공급선이 형성되는 기판상에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 화소를 구성하는 상기 화소전극과 상기 대향전극간에 발광층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 화소를 구성하는 상기 화소전극과 상기 대향전극간에 유기 발광층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
