Claims (8)
- 부가가교하는 액상 실리콘 러버를 기준으로 하여 소수성화 필러 최소 10wt%를 가진 최소 하나의 폴리비닐폴리실록산을 기재로 한 부가가교하는 실리콘러버의 연속적인 제조방법에 있어서,폴리비닐폴리실록산과 필러로 조성되어있는 기재조성물(underlying composition)을 제거량과 비례하여 용량이 감소되는 콘테이너(2)에서 얻어,그 기재조성물을 압력차가 있는 펌프(4a)에 의해 2개의 다른 펌프(4)로 이송시켜 이 기재조성물을 펌프(4)가 전방으로 이송함으로써, 우선 A스트림을 최소 하나의 금속촉매와 기재조성물을 혼가시켜 연속적으로 제조하고, 그 다음으로 B스트림을 가교제 및 억제제와 폴리비닐폴리실록산 및 필러로 조성되어 있는 기재조성물을 동시에 혼가시켜 연속적으로 제조하며,금속촉매, 가교제 및 억제제는 각각의 물질을 계량하여 혼합하는 공급장치에 의해 공급함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,첨가제는 다이나믹 믹서(dynamic mixer)에 의해 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,다이나믹 믹서는 행성운동(planetary motion)을 하는 크로스블레이드시스템 (corssblade system)을 가진 다이나믹 믹서를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,압력 3~200bar에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,공급장치에서의 혼합은 밸브에 의해 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,혼합은 3분동안 공급되는 각각의 성분 중량을 기준으로 하여 ±5wt%의 한계 허용범위로 하여 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,사용되는 소수성화 필러는 예비 소수성화 필러임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,공급장치 (feed unit)에서 처리물질의 혼합은 중량에 의한 혼합임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
