Claims (9)
- 개별 성분을 혼합하여 가교형 유기폴리실록산 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서,여기서, 혼합물(1)은 하나 이상의 프레싱판이 구비된 저장부로 공급 라인을 통해 연속 공급되고, 출구를 통해 후속 용기로 공급되며, 이때 상기 저장부는 저장 수용력이 연속 공급되는 혼합물(1)에 대해서 15 분 이상이고, 가스의 용적부 비율이 저장부 내 혼합물의 용적부를 기준으로 10% 이하인 저장부는 충전되는 동안 계속해서 내압이 1200 hPa 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(1)의 점도가 25℃에서 10 Pa·s 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저장부의 직경에 대한 길이비가 0.2∼5인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가스의 용적부 비율이 저장부 내 혼합물의 용적부를 기준으로 10% 이하인 저장부의 내압이 충전되는 동안 항상 1500∼10,000 hPa인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가스의 용적부 비율이 저장부 내 혼합물의 용적부를 기준으로 10% 이하인 저장부의 내압이 비우는 동안 2500∼50,000 hPa인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저장부는 저장부 용적의 10% 미만이 남도록 비워질 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저장부는 1000ℓ/h 이상의 유속으로 비워지는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비우는 동안의 용적 유량은 혼합물(1)의 용적 유량의 1.1배 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저장 수용력은 연속 공급되는 혼합물(1)에 대해서 45∼300 분인 방법.
