Claims (15)
- 기능성 액체를 토출하기 위한 복수의 노즐을 구비하고, 상기 복수의 노즐은 노즐의 수보다 적은 복수의 그룹으로 나누어지며, 상기 노즐로부터 토출되는 기능성 액체의 토출량이 각 그룹마다 제어되고,상기 복수의 노즐이 배치되는 잉크젯 헤드상의 위치를 복수의 영역으로 나누고, 각 영역에 속하는 노즐이 1 개의 그룹에 속해 있으며, 분할된 각 그룹을 단위로 하여 토출량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯식 기록 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기능성 액체는 잉크이며, 컬러 필터를 제조가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯식 기록 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기능성 액체는 EL 발광체 용액이며, EL 소자기판을 제조가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯식 기록 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기능성 액체는 도전 입자 분산 용액이며, 도전 배선 패턴을 구비한 기판을 제조가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯식 기록 장치.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 노즐이 배치되는 잉크젯 헤드는 상기 각 노즐마다 설치된 캐비티와, 각 캐비티에 통하고 있어 각 노즐에 공통인 레저바와, 상기 레저바에 기능성 액체를 공급하는 공급구를 구비하고 있고,상기 복수의 그룹은 상기 복수의 노즐 중 상기 공급구 가까이에 위치하는 노즐로 이루어지는 제 1 그룹과, 상기 복수의 노즐 중 상기 공급구로부터 멀리 위치하는 노즐로 이루어지는 제 2 그룹을 적어도 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯식 기록 장치.
- 기능성 액체를 토출 가능한 복수의 노즐을 구비한 잉크젯식 기록 장치에 의해 기능성 액체 부여 기판을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 복수의 노즐을 노즐의 수보다 적은 복수의 그룹으로 나누고, 상기 노즐로부터의 기능성 액체의 토출을 제어하는 신호의 파형을 각 그룹마다 조정하여, 기판 위에 형성된 각 화소에 상기 기능성 액체를 토출하는 것을 포함하고,상기 복수의 노즐이 배치되는 잉크젯 헤드상의 위치를 복수의 영역으로 나누고, 각 영역에 속하는 노즐이 1 개의 그룹에 속해 있으며, 분할된 각 그룹을 단위로 하여 토출량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 액체 부여 기판의 제조 방법.

- 제 7 항에 기재한 방법에 의해 제조된 기능성 액체 부여 기판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 기재한 방법에 의해 제조된 전기 광학 장치를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 기재한 방법에 의해 제조된 기능성 액체 부여 기판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.

- 제 9 항에 기재한 방법에 의해 제조된 기능성 액체 부여 기판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스의 제조 방법.
