Claims (4)
- 시료가 흐르는 유로와,상기 시료 유로의 시료에 접하도록 설치된 이온 교환막과,상기 이온 교환막의 시료와 접촉하지 않는 측에 접하도록 설치된 내부 용액과,상기 내부 용액에 접하도록 설치된 내부 전극을 밀폐용기 내에 배치한 이온센서에 있어서,상기 이온 교환막의 시료와 접촉하지 않는 면을 에폭시수지를 사용하여 피복처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온센서.
- 시료가 흐르는 유로와,상기 시료 유로의 시료에 접하도록 설치된 이온 교환막과,상기 이온 교환막의 시료와 접촉하지 않는 측에 접하도록 설치된 내부 용액과,상기 내부 용액에 접하도록 설치된 내부 전극을 밀폐용기 내에 배치한 이온센서에 있어서,상기 이온 교환막의 시료와 접촉하지 않는 면을 2액 혼합계 에폭시수지로 피복처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온센서.
- 시료가 흐르는 유로와,상기 시료 유로의 시료에 접하도록 설치된 염소 이온 교환막과,상기 염소 이온 교환막의 시료와 접촉하지 않는 측에 접하도록 설치된 내부 용액과,상기 내부 용액에 접하도록 설치된 내부 전극을 밀폐용기 내에 배치한 염소 이온센서에 있어서,상기 염소 이온 교환막의 시료와 접촉하지 않는 면을 2액 혼합계 에폭시수지로 피복처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염소 이온센서.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이온센서를 사용한 생화학 자동분석장치.
