Claims (24)
- 기관 부하를 제어가능한 내연 기관(1)과, 해당 내연 기관의 출력측에 연결되고, 상기 내연 기관의 출력 회전수를 제어할 수 있는 무단 변속기(17)를 갖는 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 내연 기관의 배기 계통에 배치된, 배기를 정화하고 배기의 정화를 위해 연료를 소비하는 배기 정화 수단(11)과,요구되고 있는 출력을 행하기 위해서 상기 내연 기관이 소비하는 연료량에 상기 배기 정화 장치가 소비하는 연료량을 가산한 합산 연료 소비량이 최소가 되는 제 1 운전점을 최적 운전점으로서 구하는 최적 운전점 산출 수단(B3)과,상기 내연 기관의 운전 상태가 상기 최적 운전점에서의 운전 상태가 되도록, 상기 내연 기관의 기관 부하를 제어하고, 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비를 제어하는 운전 제어 수단(B4, B6, S3)을 구비하고 있는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 최적 운전점 산출 수단(B3)은 상기 내연 기관의 배기 온도에 따라서, 상기 최적 운전점을, 상기 합산 연료 소비량이 최소인 상기 제 1 운전점으로 바꾸고, 상기 제 1 운전점에 대하여 고부하 또는 저회전수측의 제 2 운전점 또는 저부하 및 고회전수측의 제 3 운전점에 설정하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 기관 부하를 제어가능한 내연 기관(1)과, 해당 내연 기관의 출력측에 연결되고, 상기 내연 기관의 출력 회전수를 제어할 수 있는 무단 변속기(17)를 갖는 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 내연 기관의 배기 계통에 배치된, 배기를 정화하고 배기의 정화를 위해 연료를 소비하는 배기 정화 수단(11)과,상기 배기 정화 장치가 유효하게 기능하고 있지 않는 경우에는 요구에 적합한 토크를 출력하고 또한 연비에 우선하여 배기 중의 오염 물질량이 적은 운전 상태를 상기 내연 기관에 대하여 지시하고, 상기 배기 정화 장치가 유효하게 기능하고 있는 경우에는 요구에 적합한 토크를 출력하고 또한 내연 기관이 배출하는 오염 물질의 양에 우선하여 연비가 적은 운전 상태를 상기 내연 기관에 대하여 지시하는 운전 상태 지시 수단(B3, B4, S11, S12)을 구비한 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 배기 정화 장치가 유효하게 기능하고 있지 않는 경우에는 상기 운전 상태 지시 수단은 상기 내연 기관의 등출력선에 따른 방향에서의 연비의 변화 비율과 배기 중 오염 물질의 변화 비율과의 비율이 같은 운전점을 연결하는 선상의 점을 목표 운전점으로 하고,상기 배기 정화 장치가 유효하게 기능하고 있는 경우에는 상기 운전 상태 표시 수단은 요구되고 있는 출력을 행하기 위해서 상기 내연 기관이 소비하는 연료량에 상기 배기 정화 장치로 소비하는 연료량을 가산한 합산 연료 소비량이 최소가 되는 운전점에 기초하여 설정한 운전점을 목표 운전점으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 기관 부하를 제어가능한 내연 기관(1)과, 해당 내연 기관의 출력측에 연결되고, 상기 내연 기관의 출력 회전수를 제어할 수 있는 무단 변속기(17)를 갖고, 상기 내연 기관이 상기 기관 부하와 출력 회전수에 의해서 정해진 운전점에서 운전되는 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 내연 기관의 출력을 일정하게 유지하여 운전 상태를 변화시킨 경우의 연비의 변화 비율과 배기 중의 소정의 오염 물질의 발생량의 변화 비율과의 비율이, 상기 내연 기관의 복수의 출력에 대하여 같아지는 운전점을 목표 운전점으로서 설정하는 목표 운전점 설정 수단(B3)과,상기 내연 기관의 운전 상태가, 요구되고 있는 출력에 대한 상기 목표 운전점에서의 운전 상태가 되도록 하는 수단을 구비한 차량의 제어 장치.
- 기관 부하를 제어가능한 내연 기관(1)과, 해당 내연 기관의 출력측에 연결되고, 상기 내연 기관의 출력 회전수를 제어할 수 있는 무단 변속기(17)를 갖고, 상기 내연 기관이 상기 기관 부하와 출력 회전수에 의해서 정해진 운전점에서 운전되는 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 내연 기관의 출력 상태가, 소정의 오염 물질의 발생량이 미리 정해진 기준치 이하가 되는 저출력 상태에서는 상기 배기 중의 소정의 오염 물질의 양이 각 출력마다 거의 일정하게 되는 상기 내연 기관의 운전점을 상기 목표 운전점으로서 설정하는 목표 운전점 설정 수단(B3)과,상기 내연 기관의 운전 상태가, 요구되고 있는 출력에 대한 상기 목표 운전점에서의 운전 상태가 되도록 하는 수단(B4)을 구비한 차량의 제어 장치.

- 기관 부하를 제어가능한 내연 기관(1)과, 해당 내연 기관의 출력측에 연결되고, 상기 내연 기관의 출력 회전수를 제어할 수 있는 무단 변속기(17)를 갖는 차량의 제어 방법에 있어서,배기 정화 장치가 상기 내연 기관의 배기 계통에 배치되어, 배기를 정화하고 배기의 정화를 위해 연료를 소비하는, 상기 제어 방법은,요구되고 있는 출력을 행하기 위해서 상기 내연 기관이 소비하는 연료량에 상기 배기 정화 장치가 소비하는 연료량을 가산한 합산 연료 소비량이 최소가 되는 제 1 운전점을 최적 운전점으로서 구하는 스텝, 및상기 내연 기관의 운전 상태가 상기 최적 운전점에서의 운전 상태가 되도록, 상기 내연 기관의 기관 부하를 제어하고 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비를 제어하는 스텝을 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 내연 기관의 배기 온도에 따라서, 상기 최적 운전점은 상기 합산 연료 소비량이 최소가 되는 상기 제 1 운전점으로 바꾸고, 상기 제 1 운전점에 대하여 고부하 및 저회전수측의 제 2 운전점 또는 저부하 및 고회전수측의 제 3 운전점에 설정되는 차량의 제어 방법.
- 기관 부하를 제어가능한 내연 기관(1)과, 해당 내연 기관의 출력측에 연결되고, 상기 내연 기관의 출력 회전수를 제어할 수 있는 무단 변속기(17)를 갖는 차량의 제어 방법에 있어서,배기 정화 장치(11)가 상기 내연 기관의 배기 계통에 배치되고, 배기를 정화하고 배기의 정화를 위해 연료를 소비하는, 상기 제어 방법은,상기 배기 정화 장치가 유효하게 기능하고 있지 않는 경우에는 요구에 적당한 토크를 출력하여 또한 연료 소비율에 우선하고 배기 중의 오염 물질량이 적은 운전 상태를 상기 내연 기관에 대하여 지시하는 스텝, 및상기 배기 정화 수단이 유효하게 기능하고 있는 경우에는 요구에 적당한 토크를 출력하고 또한 내연 기관이 배출하는 오염 물질의 양에 우선하여 연비가 적은 운전 상태를 상기 내연 기관에 대하여 지시하는 스텝을 포함하는 차량의 제어 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 배기 정화 장치가 유효하게 기능하고 있지 않는 경우에는 상기 내연 기관의 등출력선에 따른 방향에서의 연비의 변화 비율과 배기 중 오염 물질의 변화 비율과의 비율이 같은 운전점을 연결하는 선상의 점이 목표 운전점에 설정되고,상기 배기 정화 장치가 유효하게 기능하고 있는 경우에는 요구되고 있는 출력을 행하기 위해서 상기 내연 기관이 소비하는 연료량에 상기 배기 정화 장치로 소비하는 연료량을 가산한 합산 연료 소비량이 최소가 되는 운전점에 기초하여 설정한 운전점이 목표 운전점에 설정되는 차량의 제어 방법.
