Claims (2)
- 펠렛의 배면에 Mo층을 형성하여 인너슬리이브에 접합하는 전자총의 캐소드 제조방법에 있어서:펠렛(P)의 배면에는 인쇄나 분사도포방법에 의해 유리 또는 세라믹재질의 페이스트(1')를 적층시키는 단계;미리 소요크기의 원판형태로 절단된 Mo디스크(2)를 이 페이스크(1')상에 정합(align)상태로 얹어 주는 단계;Mo디스크(2)가 펠렛(P)의 페이스크(1')상에 정합된 상태로 고온분위기에 투입하여 펠렛(P)에 페이스트(1')를 소성함으로서 소결층(1)을 형성하고, 그 소결층(1)에 의해 Mo 디스크(2)를 펠렛(P)에 부착하는 단계; 그리고,그 Mo 디스크(2)가 부착된 펠렛(P)의 Mo 디스크(2)를 Ta컵(C) 또는 인너슬리이브(S)에 용접하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자총의 캐소드 제조방법.
- 상온(常溫)에서 크리이프(creep) 특성이 큰 유리재질이나 세라믹 재질의 주성분이 되는 SiO2를 이용하여 가열없이 소결층(1)를 형성하고, 그 소결층(1)에 의해 Mo 디스크(2)를 펠렛(P)에 부착하여 전자총의 캐소를 제조하기 위한 것으로, 다이(die;3)의 하부에 Mo디스크(2)를 위치시키는 단계:Mo디스크(2)의 상부에 유리 또는 세라믹 분말등 재질분말(1")을 투입하는 단계;그 다음, 프레스(4) 등에 의해 이 재질분말(1")을 1차적으로 약한 힘으로 가압하여 정리한 뒤, 그 상부에 펠렛(P)를 얹는 단계;펠렛(P)상을 프레스(4) 등으로 2차 가압하여 재질분말(1")를 성형함으로써 재질분말(1")내의 SiO2 성분이 가압에 의해 부분적으로 용융되고 상호결합되 소결층(1)을 형성하는 단계; 그리고,그 Mo 디스크(2)가 부착된 펠렛(P)의 Mo 디스크(2)를 Ta컵(C) 또는 인너슬리이브(S)에 용접하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자총의 캐소드 제조방법.
