Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure a basic metal board with a bottomed cup highly accurately in mass production manner, by securing them through a coating member for coating a coated layer composed of high melting point metal. CONSTITUTION:A basic metal board 31 is secured through coating members 34, 34 to the outer face at the bottom of a bottomed cup 32 containing a heater 33. The coating members 34, 34 are constructed of a core wire of high melting point metal such as tungsten coated with a coating layer of platinum. The bottomed cup 32 is composed of a high melting point metal such as molybdenum or tantalum or high melting point alloy mainly composed of said metal. While the basic metal board 31 is composed of a porous tungsten impregnated with an electron emission subsistance.
