Claims (3)
- 전자총 캐소드의 펠렛을 인너슬리이브에 지지시키는 구조에 있어서,인너슬리이브의 외경에 대응하는 내경을 가지는 지지슬리이브가, 인너슬리브의 디스크보다 상부로 돌출되어 원통형 용기형태의 공간을 형성하도록 상기 인너슬리이브의 상부 외주에 삽입된 채, 접합되며, 그 원퉁형 용기형태의 공간내에서 상기 인너슬리브의 디스크상에 페이스트의 소성에 의한 소결층을 개재하여 상기 펠렛이 결합지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자총 캐소드의 펠렛지지구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결층이 유리 또는 세라믹재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자총 캐소드의 펠렛지지구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소결층은, 상기 원통형 용기형태의 공간 내에 상기 소결층을 형성할 페이스트를 충전한 뒤, 상기 펠렛을 상기 공간에 투입하여 상기 페이스트를 소성함으로써 형성되며, 그 펠렛의 외경이 약간의 틈새를 두고 지지슬리이브에 삽입되는 경우, 페이스트를 충전한 뒤 펠렛을 투입한 때에 그 페이스트가 펠렛과 디스크이외에도 지지슬리이브와 펠렛사이의 틈새로 확장분포되어 자동으로 동축(同軸) 정합되고, 지지슬리이브에도 결합지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자총 캐소드의 펠렛지지구조.
