Claims (7)
- 밀폐용기내에 마련되고, 각각의 판형상 스크롤 톱니가 상호간에 압축실을 형성하도록 맞물린 고정스크롤 및 요동스크롤; 이 요동스크롤을 축선방향으로 지지함과 동시에 이 요동스크롤을 구동하는 주축을 반경방향으로 지지하고 축선방향으로 변위가능한 컴플라이언트 프레임 및; 이 컴플라이언트 프레임을 반경방향으로 지지하는 가이드프레임을 구비하고, 상기 컴플라이언트 프레임의 상기 가이드프레임에 대한 축선방향의 이동에 의해 상기 요동스크롤을 축선방향으로 이동가능하게 한 스크롤압축기에 있어서,상기 요동스크롤은 판형상 스크롤 톱니와는 반대측 면에 스러스트면을 갖고, 이것과 압접 접동하는 상기 컴플라이언트 프레임의 스러스트 축받이의 내측에 형성되는 보스부 외측공간을 압축기의 운전 고저압력차를 이용해서 윤활유를 공급하는 차압급유경로의 도중에 배치함과 동시에, 상기 급유경로 도중에 마련한 수축밸브나 압력조정장치에 의해서 결정되는 상기 보스부 외측공간의 압력Pm1 (MPa)을 Pm1=Ps+α로 나타내고, 스크롤 압축기의 운전압력 범위내에서 고저압차가 가장 작아지는 차압값을 min(Pd-Ps)로 나타낸 경우에 상기 식에 있어서의 α값을0<α<min(Pd-Ps)(단, Ps : 압축기의 흡입압력(MPa),Pd : 압축기의 토출압력(MPa))의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컴플라이언트 프레임과 상기 가이드프레임으로 형성되는 원통면 또는 평탄면에 2개의 밀봉부재를 배치하는 것에 의해 구성되는 밀폐된 프레임공간으로 상기 압축실로부터 압축도중의 냉매가스를 추출해서 보냄과 동시에, 이 프레임공간내의 압력Pm2(MPa)를 압축기의 흡입압력Ps(MPa)의 1. 2배이상, 2배이하의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 스크롤압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컴플라이언트 프레임과 상기 가이드프레임으로 형성되는 원통면 또는 평탄면에 고압공간에서 저압공간으로의 유체의 이동을 차단하는 1개의 밀봉부재를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
- 밀폐용기내에 마련되고, 각각의 판형상 스크롤 톱니가 상호간에 압축실을 형성하도록 맞물린 고정스크롤 및 요동스크롤; 이 요동스크롤을 축선방향으로 지지함과 동시에 이 요동스크롤을 구동하는 주축을 반경방향으로 지지하고 축선방향으로 변위가능한 컴플라이언트 프레임 및; 이 컴플라이언트 프레임을 반경방향으로 지지하는 가이드프레임을 구비하고, 상기 컴플라이언트 프레임의 상기 가이드프레임에 대한 축선방향의 이동에 의해 상기 요동스크롤을 축선방향으로 이동가능하게 한 스크롤압축기에 있어서,상기 컴플라이언트 프레임과 상기 가이드프레임으로 형성되는 원통면 또는 평탄면에 2개의 밀봉부재를 배치하는 것에 의해 구성되는 밀폐된 프레임공간으로 상기 압축실로부터 압축도중의 냉매가스를 추출하여 보냄과 동시에, 이 프레임공간내의 압력Pm2(MPa)를 압축기의 흡입압력 Ps(MPa)의 1. 2배이상, 2배이하의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
- 삭제
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서,상기 밀봉부재가 O링인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서,HFC계 냉매를 작동유체로서 사용하는 경우, 상기 밀봉부재는 HNBR(아크릴로 니트릴·부타디엔 고무 분자의 일부에 수소원자를 결합시킨 것)로 이루어지는 O링을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
