Claims (6)
- 촉매의 존재하에서 (메타)아크릴산과 산화알킬렌을 반응시켜 반응액을 얻는 단계, 반응액내의 미반응의 산화알킬렌 및/또는 미반응의 (메타)아크릴산을 제거하는 단계, 및 이와 같이 하여 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 정제방법에 있어서,진공탑부가 설치된 증류장치를 사용하여, 상기 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 반응액을 온도 70~130℃, 압력 0.66~40hPa의 감압하에 증류하는 제1공정(a)와,상기 제1공정(a)에서 얻어진 상기 증류장치의 탑저부액을 박막식 증발장치에 공급하여 0.66~40hPa의 감압하에 증발시키고, 증발액으로서 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 얻는 제2공정(b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2공정(b)에서 얻어진 박막식 증발장치의 증류액을 도중에 응축기가 설치되어 있는 증류액 라인을 통하여 증류장치에 복귀시키는 제3공정(c)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1공정(a)이, 상기 증류장치의 탑저부액을 리보일러에 공급하고, 재가열하여 증류장치에 복귀시키는 리보일러 공정(a-1)을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 정제방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증류장치는 복수의 체판을 포함하는 증류탑 또는 충전물질을 포함한 증류탑인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응액에 포함되어 있었던 불순물이 제거되고, 부산물로서 디에스테르의 생성이 억제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 정제방법.
