Claims (10)
- a) 아크릴산 또는 메타아크릴산, 촉매 및 알킬렌 옥사이드를 반응시켜 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 생성물을 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 아크릴산 또는 메타아크릴산으로부터 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트로의 전환율이 99.5% 이하일 때 반응물의 온도 60℃ 이하에서 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 생성물로부터 미반응된 알킬렌 옥사이드를 제거하는 단계; 및c) 상기 미반응된 알킬렌 옥사이드가 제거된 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 생성물에서 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 정제하는 단계를 포함하는 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계에서 미반응된 알킬렌 옥사이드는 진공펌프를 사용하여 제거되는 것인 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 c) 단계에서 미반응된 알킬렌 옥사이드가 제거된 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 생성물 중의 알킬렌 옥사이드의 양이 0.5 중량% 이하인 것인 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 c) 단계에서 미반응된 알킬렌 옥사이드가 제거된 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 생성물의 알킬렌 옥사이드의 양이 0.1 중량% 이하인 것인 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 알킬렌 옥사이드는 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 부틸렌 옥사이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 알킬렌 옥사이드는 총투입된 아크릴산 또는 메타아크릴산 1몰을 기준으로 0.5 내지 10 몰로 포함되는 것인 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계에서 중합방지제를 추가하는 것인 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 중합방지제는 페노티아진, 하이드로퀴논 및 하이드로퀴논모노메틸에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 철계, 크롬계, 아민계, 이트리움계, 렌턴계, 세륨계, 지르코늄계, 티타늄계, 바나듐계, 인계 및 알루미늄계로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 하이드록시알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
