Claims (10)
- 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물을 원료로서 공급하는 원료공급부;
상기 원료공급부로부터 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물이 공급되며, 하부에 상기 혼합물이 저장되는 탑저부 저장조를 포함하는 증류탑;
상기 증류탑의 탑저부 저장조와 연결되어 상기 탑저부 저장조의 액상 혼합물이 공급되는 재비기(reboiler); 및
상기 증류탑의 탑상부와 연결되며, 상기 탑상부로부터 공급되는 기체상이 흐름 상태를 유지하도록 응축시켜 외부환류와 회수를 가능하게 하는 탑상응축기;를 포함하며,
상기 재비기는 박막 형태로 확장된 전열 표면적을 가지는 액막형 증발기이고,
상기 탑상응축기는 표면에 응축된 응축물들을 긁어낼 수 있는 복수개의 칼(knife)을 포함하는 드럼응축기(drum condenser)인 것을 특징으로 하는 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 락타이드 단량체를 정제해내기 위한 회분식 증류정제장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드럼응축기는 5 내지 240 rpm의 속도로 회전하며, 표면 온도가 20 내지 70 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 락타이드 단량체를 정제해내기 위한 회분식 증류정제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탑상응축기는 온도제어가 가능한 오븐 내에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 락타이드 단량체를 정제해내기 위한 회분식 증류정제장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 증류정제장치는 상기 오븐 내부의 온도를 제어할 수 있는 오븐 온도 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 락타이드 단량체를 정제해내기 위한 회분식 증류정제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탑상응축기는 기상 분할 또는 액상 분할 방식으로 외부환류(external reflux, L/D) 비율을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 락타이드 단량체를 정제해내기 위한 회분식 증류정제장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 외부환류 비율(L/D)은 3 내지 15인 것을 특징으로 하는 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 락타이드 단량체를 정제해내기 위한 회분식 증류정제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증류탑의 분리 단수는 20 내지 60에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 락타이드 단량체를 정제해내기 위한 회분식 증류정제장치.
- 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물을 증류탑으로 공급하는 단계(단계 1);
공급된 혼합물의 비점차이를 이용하여 상기 증류탑 내에서 증류를 수행하는 단계(단계 2); 및
상기 단계 2의 증류가 수행되어 형성된 기체상을 응축하여 흐름 상태를 유지하도록 함으로써 환류 또는 회수하고,
증류되지 않은 증류탑 하부의 혼합물은 재비기를 이용하여 탑저부 저장조로 순환시키는 단계(단계 3)을 포함하는 제1항에 따른 회분식 증류정제장치를 이용하여 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 락타이드 단량체를 정제하는 증류정제방법.
- 제9항에 따른 증류정제방법에 의해 락타이드를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 정제된 락타이드 단량체.
