Claims (15)
- (A)(1)주로 400℉ 이상에서 비등하는 석유 스트림 및 (2) 수소를 증류탑 반응기에 공급하는 단계;(B)증류탑 반응기에서 동시에,(1)석유 스트림을 증류함으로써 증류탑 반응기를 통해 상향 상승하는 증기상 석유 산물, 증류탑 반응기내 하향 유동하는 액체의 내부환류 및 증류탑 반응기내 응축성 석유 산물이 존재하게 되고,(2)석유 스트림과 수소를 수소첨가분해 촉매의 존재하에, 약 300 psig 미만 의 전체압력, 1 내지 70 psia 미만의 범위의 수소 분압, 및 400 내지 1000℉ 범위의 온도에서 접촉시킴으로써, 석유 스트림의 일부는 석유 스트림의 비점 미만에서 비등하는 경질 산물로 분해되며,(3)칼럼내 산물을 증류하여 주로 석유 스트림의 비점 미만에서 비등하는 산물을 포함하는 증기상 오버헤드 스트림 및 액상 기저물질 스트림을 제거하고, 상기 오버헤드 스트림 및 액상 기저물질 스트림의 조합의 비중 및 평균 분자량은 석유 스트림의 비중 및 분자량보다 낮은 단계; 및(C)오버헤드 일부를 응축하여 응축된 오버헤드의 일부를 외부환류로서 증류탑 반응기로 회송하는 단계를 포함하는,중질 원유의 수소첨가분해 방법
