Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A HIDROCONVERSãO DE CARGAS PETROLìFERAS PESADAS". A hidroconversão de cargas petrolíferas pesadas ebulindo principalmente acima de 204°C é realizada em um reator de coluna de destilação onde concorrentemente uma corrente de petróleo é alimentada dentro de uma zona de alimentação; hidrogênio é alimentado em um ponto abaixo da referida zona de alimentação; a corrente de petróleo é destilada e colocada em contato na presença de um catalisador de craqueamento preparado na forma de uma estrutura de destilação catalítica em pressão manométrica total de menos que cerca de 2070 kPa e uma pressão parcial absoluta de hidrogênio na faixa de 6,9 a menos que 483 kPa e uma temperatura na faixa de 204 a 538°C pela qual uma porção da corrente de petróleo é craqueada para produtos mais leves ebulindo abaixo do ponto de ebulição da alimentação e produtos são destilados para remover uma corrente de topo de vapor compreendendo produtos principalmente ebulindo abaixo do ponto de ebulição da alimentação e uma corrente de fundo de líquido.
