Abstract

SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA A RACHADURA SELETIVA DE COMPONENTES A FIM DE MAXIMIZAR A PRODUçãO DE OLEFINAS LEVES Um processo para a rachadura catalítica de fluidos de hidrocarbonetos inclui o contato de hidrocarbonetos relativamente pesados com um catalisador particulado fluidizado em uma zona de reação sob condições de rechadura catalítica de modo a converter pelo menos alguns dos hidrocarbonetos pesados em olefinas leves de 3 a 4 átomos de carbono, o transporte de uma mistura de reação contendo partículas catalisadoras gastas e um fluxo gasoso contendo as olefinas leves e outros produtos de reação para um sistema de separação ciclónica diretamente à zona de reação, pelo menos parte do sistema de separação ciclónica sendo posicionada dentro de um espaço interior encerrado por um vaso, o espaço interior incluindo uma região de desmontagem e uma região superior na qual o sistema de separação ciclçonica é posicionado.
