Abstract
"PROCESSO EM DOIS ESTáGIOS PARA SELETIVAMENTE PRODUZIR OLEFINAS DE C~ 2~ A C~ 4~ A PARTIR DO ESTOQUE DE ABASTECIMENTO HIDROCARBONáCEO" Um processo em dois estágios para seletivamente produzir olefinas de C~ 2~ a C~ 4~ a partir de um óleo de gás ou resíduo. O óleo de gás ou resíduo é reagido em um primeiro estágio compreendido de uma unidade de craqueamento catalítico fluido em que este é convertido na presença de catalisador zeolítico de poros grandes convencional para produtos de reação, incluindo uma corrente na faixa de ebulição da nafta. A corrente na faixa de ebulição da nafta é introduzida em um segundo estágio compreendido de uma unidade de processo contendo uma zona de reação, uma zona de extração, uma zona de regeneração de catalisador e uma zona de craqueamento. A corrente de alimentação de nafta é contatada na zona de reação com um catalisador contendo de cerca de 10 a 50% em peso de um zeólito cristalino que tem um diâmetro médio de poro menor do que 0,7 nanómetros em condições de reação que incluem temperaturas que variam de cerca de 500 a 650°C e uma pressão parcial de hidrocarboneto de cerca de 0,7 a 2,8 bar absoluto.
