Claims (20)
- 평균입자직경 1㎛ 이하의 초미세 니켈분말과 물용매로 이루어진 니켈분말 수분산체에, 유기용매를 첨가해서, 상기 유기용매에 의해서 상기 물용매를 적어도 부분적으로 치환한 형태로 있는 것을 특징으로하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 평균입자직경 1㎛ 이하의 초미세 니켈분말과, 물용매와, 계면활성제로 이루어진 니켈분말 수분산체에, 유기용매를 첨가하여, 상기 유기용매가 상기 물용매를 적어도 부분적으로 치환한 형태로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르 또는 그 인산염 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 제 2항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 니켈분말의 평균입자직경이 0.01∼1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 제 2항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 니켈분말 수분산체의 물용매 농도가 1중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 제 2항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 니켈분말 분산체의 유기 용매농도가 5∼200중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 알콜류인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 니켈분말이, 염화니켈가스와 환원성가스를 접촉반응시킨 기상반응생성물, 혹은 열분해성의 니켈화합물을 분무해서 열분해하는 분무열분해생성물인 것을 특징으로하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 도전페이스트용인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 적층세라믹콘덴서의 내부전극용인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체.
- 염화니켈가스와 환원성 가스를 접촉 반응시키는 기상(氣相)반응에 의해, 혹은 열분해성의 니켈화합물을 분무해서 열분해함으로써 평균입자직경 1㎛ 이하의 초미세 니켈분말을 생성하여, 상기 니켈분말을 수세하고, 순수를 첨가해서, 물용매농도가 1중량% 이상인 니켈수분산체를 생성하고, 필요에 따라서 계면활성제를 첨가하고, 그 후 유기용매를 첨가하고 물용매를 적어도 부분적으로 치환해서, 유기용매농도가 5∼200중량%인 니켈분말 분산체를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체의 조제방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 첨가하는 유기용매에 계면활성제를 미리 혼합하거나 혹은 유기용매첨가 후에 계면활성제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체의 조제방법.
- 제 11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르 및 그 인산염 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체의 조제방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 니켈분말 수분산체에 알콜유기용매를 첨가하여, 교반하고, 그 후 정치(靜置)해서 물을 데칸테이션에 의해 분리하고, 또 50∼150℃로 가온하여 수분을 제거해서 니켈분말 분산체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체의 조제방법.
- 제 11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 니켈분말 수분산체에 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르계면활성제를 첨가하여 교반한 후, α-테르피네올 유기용제를 첨가하여 교반하고, 그 후 정치해서 물을 데칸테이션에 의해 분리하고, 또 50∼150℃로 가온하여 수분을 제거해서 니켈분말 분산체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 분산체의 조제방법.
- 제 11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 니켈분말 수분산체에 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르계면활성제를 첨가하여 교반한 후, α-테르피네올 유기용제를 첨가하고, 또 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르를 함유하는 계면활성제를 첨가하여 교반하고, 그 후 정치해서 물을 데칸테이션에 의해 분리하고, 또, 50∼150℃로 가온하여 수분을 제거해서 니켈분말 분산체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체의 조제방법.
- 제 11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 니켈분말 수분산체에 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르계면활성제를 첨가하여 교반한 후, 또 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르를 함유하는 계면활성제를 첨가하고 교반하여 분산시킨 후, α-테르피네올 유기용제를 첨가하고, 그 후 정치해서 물을 데칸테이션에 의해 분리하고, 또 50∼150℃로 가온하여 수분을 제거해서 니켈분말 분산체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체의 조제방법.
- 제 11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 니켈분말 수분산체에 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르계면활성제를 첨가하여 교반한 후, 또 아세톤유기용매에 의해 희석한 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬페닐에테르를 함유하는 계면활성제를 첨가하고 교반하여 분산시킨 후, α-테르피네올유기용제를 첨가하고, 그 후 정치해서 물을 데칸테이션에 의해 분리하고, 또 50∼150℃로 가온하여 수분을 제거해서 니켈분말 분산체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체의 조제방법.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 기재한 니켈분말 분산체에 도전페이스트형성용 유기분산제를 가하고, 필요에 따라서 가소제를 가하여, 첨가·혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전페이스트의 조제방법.
- 염화니켈가스와 환원성 가스를 접촉반응시키는 기상반응에 의해, 혹은 열분해성의 니켈화합물을 분무해서 열분해함으로써 평균입자직경 1㎛ 이하의 초미세 니켈분말을 생성하고, 상기 니켈분말을 수세하고, 순수를 첨가해서, 물용매 농도가 1중량% 이상인 니켈수분산체를 생성하고, 그 후 유기용매를 첨가해서 물용매를 적어도 부분적으로 치환해서, 유기용매농도가 5∼200중량%인 니켈분말 분산체를 생성하고, 그 때 유기용매를 첨가하기 전에 상기 니켈수분산체에 계면활성제를 첨가하거나, 또는 상기 유기용매에 계면활성제를 미리 혼합하거나 혹은 유기용매첨가 후에 계면활성제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈분말 분산체의 조제방법.
