Claims (9)
- 각각 비수계 전해액을 함침시켜 이루어지는, 리튬을 흡장방출하는 분말 양극재료를 결착제에 의해 결착유지하여 이루어지는 양극층, 고분자 매트릭스로 이루어지는 고체폴리머 전해질층, 및 리튬을 흡장방출하는 분말 음극재료를 결착제에 의해 결착유지하여 이루어지는 음극층을 순서대로 적층하여 이루어지고,상기 고체 폴리머 전해질층을 형성하는 폴리머 전해질이,플루오르화 비닐리덴 단량체를 80중량% 이상 97중량% 이하 포함하고, 동시에 플루오르화 비닐리덴 단량체와 공중합 가능한 적어도 일종의 단량체를 3중량% 이상 20중량% 이하 포함하고, 동시에 고유점도가 1.7㎗/g 이상 7㎗/g 이하인 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 공중합체와 이것에 함침된 비수계 전해액으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질형 비수계전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르화 비닐리덴과 공중합 가능한 적어도 일종의 단량체가 6플루오르화 프로필렌 단량체와 3플루오르화 염화에틸렌 단량체의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질형 비수계전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 공중합체가 단량체를 일괄투입하고, 중합하므로서 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질형 비수계전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 공중합체중의 플루오르화 비닐리덴 부분에서 이종결합량이 3% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질형 비수계전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리머 전해질이 비수계 전해액을 50중량% 이상 85중량% 이하 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질형 비수계전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 그 폴리머 전해질을 구성하는 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 공중합체가 가교되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질형 비수계전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 공중합체가 폴리아민류, 폴리올류 및 불포화결합을 갖는 중합성 가교제로부터 선택된 가교제와 라디칼 발생제의 존재하에 가교되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질형 비수계전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 플루오르화 비닐리덴계 공중합체가 전자선 또는 감마선의 조사에 의하여 가교되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질형 비수계전지.
