Claims (3)
- 바닥면에 회전 형틀을 설치하고, 그 형틀 내에 골재 및 수지액을 공급하는 레진 콘크리트관 제조 장치에 있어서,골재 공급용 스크루 컨베이어의 선단에 골재·수지액·경화제용 믹서를 자유롭게 착탈시킬 수 있도록 설치하며, 그 믹서의 회전과 상기 스크루 컨베이어와의 회전이 독립적으로 행해지고, 또한 양 회전축을 공통 회전 축선 위에 설치하여 이루어지며, 수지액·경화제 혼합기의 혼합액 주입구를 상기 믹서와 상기 스크루 컨베이어와의 외측통 착탈부의 그 컨베이어측으로 개구하고, 상기 혼합기에 세정제를 공급할 수 있으며,상기 스크루 컨베이어의 나선 날개의 외주에 외측통 내면과의 간극을 확대하는 노치부를 복수 개 형성하여 이루어지는 레진 콘크리트관 제조용 재료 공급기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 믹서의 회전축 외주에 그 믹서의 기단으로부터 종단을 향해 골재와 수지액·경화제와의 혼합물을 이송하는 방향으로 회전 방향 및 회전 축선과 경사지는 교반 날개를 심어 설치하고,그 날개의 폭이 기단측이 넓고 종단측이 좁게 여러 단에 걸쳐 반복 배열하며,여기저기의 인접 협폭 교반 날개를 연결판으로 접속하고,종단부에 상기 경사 방향과 반대 방향으로 경사지는 교반 날개를 가지며,또한 외측통의 종단부 하면에 골재·수지액·경화제의 혼합물 배출구를 개구하여 이루어지는 레진 콘크리트관 제조용 재료 공급기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스크루 컨베이어의 회전축이 관축으로서, 그 관축 내에 상기 믹서의 회전축을 삽입 관통시키고, 그 믹서의 회전축의 구동 원동기와 상기 스크루 컨베이어의 회전축의 구동 원동기를 독립적으로 스크루 컨베이어의 기단부에 설치한 레진 콘크리트관 제조용 재료 공급기.
