Claims (8)
- 하기 식 (I)의 조성을 가진, 리튬이온 이차전지용 양극 소재:화학식 1Li1+xMn1+xMe1-xO4(I)상기 식에서,Me는 2 이상의 산화가를 가진 다산화가 금속이고,x는 0<x<0.6를 만족하는 범위를 갖는다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Me가 Cr인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극소재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,x가 0.33<x<0.6을 만족하는 범위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 양극소재.
- 리튬 망간 산화물 및 다산화가 금속 산화물을 1차 열처리 반응시켜 무정질의 복합 산화물을 형성한 후 이를 2차 열처리하여 스핀넬 구조의 복합 산화물을 형성함을 포함하는, 제 1 항에 따른 식 (I)의 조성을 가진 리튬이온 이차전지용 양극 소재의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,리튬 망간 산화물로서 LiMnO4*3H2O을 사용하고, 다산화가 금속 산화물로 CrO3을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,무정질 복합산화물 형성 단계를 170~300oC의 온도 범위에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,스핀넬 구조 복합산화물 형성 단계를 900~1,100oC의 온도 범위에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,2 내지 5시간 동안 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
