Claims (16)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 조성을 갖는 Li 함유 천이 금속 복합 산화물로 실질적으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성 물질.(화학식 1)(상기 화학식 1중, M은 천이금속에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 원소를 나타내고, x, y 및 z는 각각 0.9≤x≤1.15, 0.85≤y≤1.00, 0〈z〈0.001을 만족하는 수이다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 M원소는 Co, Ni, Mn, Fe 및 V에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 M원소는 Co와 Ni, Mn, Fe 및 V에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 M원소는 Co인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1에 있어서의 z의 값은 0.00001≤z〈0.001을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Li 함유 천이 금속 복합산화물은 10㎛ 이하의 50% D값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Li 함유 천이 금속 복합 산화물은 3㎛ 이상 8㎛ 이하의 범위의 50% D값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성 물질.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 Li 함유 천이 금속 복합산화물은 50㎛ 이하의 99% D값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성물질.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 Li 함유 천이 금속 복합 산화물은 1% D값이 0.2㎛ 이상이고, 99% D값은50㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지용 양극 활성물질.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 조성을 갖는 Li 함유 천이 금속 복합 산화물로 실질적으로 이루어진 양극 활성 물질을 함유하는 양극;상기 양극과 세퍼레이터를 통해 배치된 음극;상기 양극, 상기 세퍼레이터 및 상기 음극을 수납하는 전지용기; 및상기 전지용기내에 충전(充塡)된 비수전해액을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지.(화학식 1)(상기 화학식 1중, M은 천이금속에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 원소를 나타내고, x, y 및 z는 각각 0.9≤x≤1.15, 0.85≤y≤1.00, 0〈z〈0.001을 만족하는 수이다)
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 M원소는 Co, Ni, Mn, Fe 및 V에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 화학식에 있어서의 z의 값은 0.00001≤z〈0.001을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질은 10㎛ 이하의 50% D값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질은 50㎛ 이하의 99% D값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질은 1% D값이 0.2㎛ 이상이고, 또 99% D값이 50㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 이차전지는 리튬 이온 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 이차전지.
