Claims (4)
- 중공부가 형성되며 상기 중공부를 중심으로 환형의 릴리이프 홈이 형성된 압축기용 플랜지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,구리(Cu), 납(Pb), 아연(Zn), 알루미늄(Al) 및 이들의 합금 또는 강화플라스틱(FRP) 중에서 어느 하나로 상기 중공부보다 반경이 큰 환형의 용융제거부재를 제조하는 단계상기 플랜지의 소재로서 Fe-Cu-C 혼합 분말을 금형 내에 장전하는 단계;상기 장전된 분말 상면의 중공부 주위에 상기 용융제거부재를 위치시키는 단계;상기 Fe-Cu-C 혼합 분말과 용융제거부재를 가압하여 플랜지를 성형하는 단계; 및상기 성형된 플랜지를 소결로 내에서 1100℃∼1300℃ 사이의 온도로 가열하여 상기 Fe-Cu-C 혼합 분말을 소결시킴과 동시에 상기 표면의 용융제거부재를 용융시켜 제거하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 플랜지의 제조 방법.
