Claims (3)
- 클럭 신호에 기초하여 영상 신호를 샘플링하여 영상을 표시하는 영상 표시 장치에 있어서,외부로부터의 클럭 신호를 표시 장치에 공급하는 외부 클럭 신호 공급부와 샘플링 신호를 생성하는 시프트 레지스터 사이에, 상호 전기적으로 독립되어 구성된 복수의 지연 수단을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 복수의 지연 수단 중, 상기 영상 신호를 샘플링하는 타이밍을 지연시키는 시간에 따른 수의 지연 수단만 접속하는 접속선 패턴을 갖는 패턴 마스크를 이용하여 접속함으로써 상기 지연 시간의 조정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 표시 장치.
- 클럭 신호에 기초하여 영상 신호를 샘플링하여 표시 화소 영역에 상기 영상 신호를 공급함으로써 영상을 표시하는 영상 표시 장치에 있어서,외부로부터의 클럭 신호를 표시 장치로 공급하는 외부 클럭 공급부와 샘플링 신호를 생성하는 시프트 레지스터 사이에 설치되고 전기적으로 상호 독립되어 구성된 복수의 지연 수단은, 상기 표시 화소 영역 및 상기 표시 화소 영역의 주변 영역의 구동 회로를 구성하는 스위칭 소자와 동시에 동일 기판 위에 형성되어 있고, 상기 영상 신호를 샘플링하는 타이밍의 지연 시간에 따른 수만 선택됨과 함께, 상기 선택된 수의 지연 수단은, 상기 스위칭 소자를 구성하는 전극 또는 배선 형성 시에 이용하는 포토마스크에 묘화된 접속 배선 패턴을 이용하여 상기 전극 또는 배선 형성과 동시에 형성된 접속 배선에 의해 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 지연 수단은, 인버터 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 표시 장치.
