Claims (2)
- 탄소환원법을 이용하여 순동(Cu)용탕내 산소제거 및 산화방지를 위해서 미세한 흑연분말로 도포하여 흑연함량을 제어하고, 상기 용탕내에 침적되는 주형이 상부로 이동될 때 상기 흑연분말이 상기 용탕과 함께 상기 주형에 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위해서 연주시 상기 용탕에 침적되는 흑연주형의 깊이를 80㎝로 하여 탄소함량을 0.004wt%로 감소시켜 흑연함량을 제어하는 단계(S1);상기 단계(S1)에서 흑연함량이 제어되면, 상기 순동(Cu)을 턴디쉬에 통상의 조업시간 보다 10%로 증가 시킨 33분 머물게 하여 산소함량을 5~6ppm 으로 낮추어 산소함량을 제어하는 단계(S2); 및상기 단계(S2)에서 산소함량이 제어되면, Ag를 투입하는 단계(S3)를 포함하며, 상기 단계(S3) 에서의 Ag는 상기 용탕중에 편석되지 않고 균일하게 분포시키기 위해서 30×50×270mm 크기의 잉고트로 Cu-0.043~0.1미만wt%Ag 모합금을 제조한 후 30×30×20mm의 크기로 절단하여 상기 용탕에 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무산소 구리-은 합금의 제조방법.
