Claims (5)
- 어묵 전체 100중량%에 대하여 작약 추출물 또는 육두구 추출물을 0.01∼3중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어묵.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작약 추출물과 육두구 추출물은 에탄올 또는 메탄올에 의한 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 어묵.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작약 추출물 또는 육두구 추출물을 건조시켜 분말화하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어묵.
- 어묵 전체 100중량%에 대하여 작약 분말 또는 육두구 분말을 0.1∼10중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어묵.
