Claims (6)
- 난황에 용매로서 에탄올을 넣고 탈지한 후 건조시키되, 최종 탈지난황의 에탄올 함유량을 15 내지 30중량%으로 조절하는 탈지 단계;상기 탈지단계에서 제조되어 15 내지 30중량%의 에탄올 함량을 갖는 탈지난황에 중량 기준으로 상기 탈지난황의 3배 내지 10배수의 물과 함께 산을 첨가하여 pH를 3 내지 6으로 조절한 후 추출하는 추출단계; 및상기 추출단계에서 얻어진 추출액을 감압농축한 후 동결건조 또는 분무건조하는 건조단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시알산 함유 올리고당의 제조방법.
