Claims (6)
- 돈피를 초핑하여 원료 콜라겐을 제조하는 단계;상기 원료 콜라겐에 물을 70:30 내지 50:50의 비율로 혼합한 다음, 상기 원료 콜라겐에 대하여 0.1 내지 1중량%의 제1 단백질 가수분해 효소를 첨가하여 55 내지 70℃에서 처리하는 제1 효소 처리 단계;상기 제1 효소 처리된 콜라겐 용액에 상기 원료 콜라겐에 대하여 0.1 내지 0.5중량%의 제2 단백질 가수분해 효소를 첨가하여 45 내지 55℃에서 처리하는 제2 효소 처리 단계; 및상기 제2 효소 처리된 콜라겐 용액을 여과하여 이물질을 제거한 후, 진공 농축, 살균 및 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마일드한 수용성 콜라겐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1효소 처리 단계는 상기 원료 콜라겐에 물을 첨가한 다음 pH를 6.5 내지 8.5로 조절한 후 효소처리됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 마일드한 수용성 콜라겐의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 단백질 가수분해 효소가 바실러스 린체니포미츠(Bacilluslicheniformits)임을 특징으로 하는 상기 마일드한 수용성 콜라겐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2효소 처리 단계는 상기 제1 효소처리된 콜라겐의 용액의 pH를 5.5 내지 7.5로 조절한 후 효소처리됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 마일드한 수용성 콜라겐의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2 단백질 가수분해 효소가 바실러스 아밀로퀘파시엠(Bacillus amyloquefaciems)임을 특징으로 하는 상기 마일드한 수용성 콜라겐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 효소 처리된 콜라겐의 분자량이 1,000 내지 2,000임을 특징으로 하는 상기 마일드한 수용성 콜라겐의 제조방법.
