Claims (18)
- 질량%로서, 0.01% 이하의 C, 2.5% 이하의 Si, 0.05~2%의 Mn ,1~5%의 Al를 포함하고, 0.3% 이하의 Sb와 0.3% 이하의 Sn과 0.01% 이하의 B 중 하나 이상을 더 포함하며, 잔부는 Fe및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 구성되고, Si+Al+0.5×Mn은 2.5~5%인 관계가 있는 화학조성을 가지며;그 특성에 있어, 평균결정입경이 50~180㎛이고 비커스 경도가 130~210인두께가 0.1~0.4mm인 무방향성 전자강판
- 청구항 1에 있어서,두께가 0.2~0.4mm로서 Mn 함유량이 0.05~1%인 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,Al 함유량이 1.5~5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,Al 함유량이 1.5~5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,Al과 Si의 함유량의 비 Al/Si가 0.7~1.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,Al과 Si의 함유량의 비 Al/Si가 0.8~1.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,표면조도가 산술평균조도(Ra)로 0.5㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판.
- 하기의 공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.(1) 다음 화학조성의 슬래브를 준비한다.질량%로서, C : 0.01% 이하, Si : 2.5% 이하, Mn : 0.05~2%, Al : 1~5%, Si+Al+0.5×Mn : 2.5~5, Sb : 0.3% 이하, Sn : 0.3% 이하, B : 0.01% 이하, 잔부 : Fe 및 불순물(2) 슬래브를 1300℃이하의 온도에서 가열한 후 열간압연한다.(3) 열간 압연에 이어서 냉간압연에 의해 0.1~0.4mm 두께까지 압연한다.(4) 700~1150℃의 온도에서 마무리 소둔한다.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,슬래브의 Al/Si 함유량의 비 Al/Si가 0.7~1.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,표면조도가 산술평균조도(Ra)로 1.5㎛이하의 롤을 사용해서 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,표면조도가 산술평균조도(Ra)로 1.5㎛이하의 롤을 사용해서 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8 내지 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,냉간압연전 또는 냉간압연전 및 복수회의 냉간압연의 사이에서 600~1000℃로소둔하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전자강판의 제조방법.
- 두께가 0.1~0.4mm, 평균결정입경이 50~180㎛, 비커스 경도가 130~210인 하기의 화학조성을 가지는 무방향성 전자강판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 철심.질량%로서C : 0.01% 이하Si : 2.5% 이하Mn : 0.05~2%Al : 1~5%Si+Al+0.5×Mn : 2.5~5Sb : 0.3% 이하, Sn : 0.3% 이하, B : 0.01% 이하잔부 : Fe및 불순물
- 청구항 13에 있어서,강판의 두께가 0.2~0.4mm, Mn 함유량이 0.05~1%인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 철심
- 청구항 13에 있어서,강판의 Al과 Si의 함유량의 비 Al/Si가 0.7~1.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 철심.
- 청구항 13 또는 14에 있어서,강판의 Al과 Si의 함유량의 비 Al/Si가 0.8~1.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 철심.
- 청구항 13 내지 16 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강판의 표면조도가 산술평균조도(Ra)로 0.5㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 철심.
