Claims (8)
- 기판 사이에 액정을 삽입하여 이루어지는 액정 패널과, 상기 액정 패널의 한쪽의 측에 설치된 제 1 편광 수단과, 상기 액정 패널의 다른쪽의 측에 설치된 광 반사 수단과, 상기 액정 패널과 상기 광 반사 수단 사이에 배치된 광 확산 수단을 갖는 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 광 확산 수단은 전방 산란 특성을 갖고 있으며,상기 광 확산 수단과 상기 광 반사 수단의 이간 치수를 d(mm)로 한 경우에, 상기 광 확산 수단의 헤이즈 값(H)(%)이 H≥-200d+140의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 편광 수단과 상기 광 반사 수단 사이에는 컬러 필터가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 컬러 필터는 복수의 착색층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 컬러 필터는 적색계, 녹색계 및 청색계의 착색층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액정 패널과, 상기 광 확산 수단 사이에는 입사광을 그 편광 성분에 따라 분리하는 제 2 편광 수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 편광 수단은 제 1 직선 편광 성분의 광을 대부분 투과시키며, 상기 제 1 직선 편광 성분과 거의 직교하는 제 2 직선 편광 성분의 광을 대부분 흡수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투광성 도광체 및 상기 도광체에 광을 도입 가능한 광원을 갖는 조명 장치를 또한 구비하며, 상기 조명 장치는 상기 광 확산 수단과 상기 광 반사 수단 사이에 배치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 액정 패널과 상기 조명 장치 사이에는 입사광을 그 편광 성분에 따라 분리하는 제 2 편광 수단이 설치되어 있고,상기 제 2 편광 수단과 상기 조명 장치 사이에 설치되며 제 1 직선 편광 성분의 광을 대부분 투과시키고, 상기 제 1 직선 편광 성분과 거의 직교하는 제 2 직선 편광 성분의 광을 대부분 반사하는 반사 편광자를 가지며,상기 반사 편광자의 투과축과 상기 제 2 편광 수단의 투과축이 거의 일치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 기판 사이에 액정을 삽입하여 이루어지는 액정 패널과, 상기 액정 패널의 한쪽의 측에 설치되어 있으며 입사광을 그 편광 성분에 따라 분리하는 제 1 편광 수단과, 상기 액정 패널의 다른쪽의 측에 설치된 광 반사 수단과, 상기 액정 패널과 상기 광 반사 수단 사이에 배치된 광 확산 수단을 갖는 표시 장치를 구비하는 전자 기기에 있어서,상기 광 확산 수단은 전방 산란 특성을 갖고 있으며,상기 광 확산 수단과 상기 광 반사 수단의 이간 치수를 d(mm)로 한 경우에, 상기 광 확산 수단의 헤이즈 값(H)(%)이 H≥-200d+140의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
