Claims (6)
- 편광판 및 패널 패턴부를 포함하고, 소정 화상을 구현하는 액정 표시 패널;상기 액정 표시 패널에 광조사하는 백 라이트; 및상기 액정 표시 패널과 백 라이트 사이에 개재되고, 상기 액정 표시 패널을 향한 면에 집광 패턴부를 구비한 프리즘 시트;를 포함한 것으로,상기 패널 패턴부의 패턴 피치(A)와 상기 집광 패턴부의 패턴 피치(p)가 하기 수학식 1을 만족하며,상기 편광판의 일면에 헤이즈 값이 35% 이상 55% 이하가 되는 확산층이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
0.3 ≤ (A/p-N) ≤ 0.7 이 때, N은 A/p 값 중 소숫점 이상의 정수 - 제 1항에 있어서,상기 확산층은 상기 프리즘 시트와 대면하는 편광판의 일면에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 확산층은 상기 편광판의 일면에 다수의 비드들(beads)를 형성됨으로써 구현됨을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 확산층은 헤이즈 값(haze value)이 35% 이상 55% 이하가 되도록 상기 비드들이 분포됨을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수학식 1의 A/p-N은 대략 0.5인 액정 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패널 패턴부의 패턴과 상기 집광 패턴부의 패턴이 이루는 각은 0° 또는 90°인 액정표시장치.
