Claims (6)
- 질소함유량이 10중량%이상인 탄화폴리아크릴로니트릴섬유파일 및 안료에 의해 원액착색된 비스코스레이온섬유파일중 어느 한쪽의 섬유파일 혹은 양쪽 모두의 섬유파일을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포조의장용 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 섬유파일의 굵기가 1~15데니어이고, 길이가 0.1~2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포조의장용 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 섬유파일의 함유량이 5~20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포조의장용 수지조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 15~40중량%, 폴리에틸렌 15~40중량%, 에틸렌-프로필렌엘라스토머 10~30중량%, 산변성폴리프로필렌 1~10중량% 및 섬유파일 5~20중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포조의장용 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 기재된 부직포조의장용 수지조성물을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 질소함유량이 10중량%이하인 탄화폴리아크릴로니트릴섬유파일 및 안료에 의해 원액착색된 비스코스레이온섬유파일중 어느 한쪽의 섬유파일 혹은 양쪽 모두의 섬유파일을 5~20중량% 함유하는 부직포조의장용 수지조성물에 대해서 5~50중량배의 무착색수지를 혼합하여, 성형가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포조의장성 수지성형물의 제조방법.
