Claims (6)
- MeI를 Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba 중 어느 한 금속이라 하고,(0.01~15 mol %)의MeⅡ를 Zn과 Cd 중 어느 한 금속이라 하며, (0.05~5 mol %)의 MeⅢ를 Pr, Eu, Tb, Er, Ce, Tm 중 어느 한 금속이라 하며, (0.5~80 mol %)의 A를 Al, Ga, In, Tl 중 어느 한 금속이라 할 때,(MeIMeⅢ)TiO3˙A2O3로 이루어진 형광체에 MeⅡ를 첨가하고,플럭스로서 SrCl 2 , ZnCl 2 , CdCl 2 , SrI 2 , ZnI 2 , CdI 2 중 적어도 어느 한 화합물을 사용하여(MeIMeⅡMeⅢ)TiO3˙A2O3의 조성을 갖도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 저전압 구동용SrTiO 3 :Pr,Al,Zn계 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (MeIMeⅡMeⅢ)TiO3˙A2O3의 조성에서 MeⅡ는 Zn이고, A는 Al인 것을 특징으로 하는 저전압 구동용SrTiO 3 :Pr,Al,Zn계형광체.
- 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 사용된 상기 플럭스(flux)의 총농도가 0.5~60 mol % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 저전압 구동용SrTiO 3 :Pr,Al,Zn계형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (MeIMeⅡMeⅢ)TiO3˙A2O3의 조성에서 MeⅢ는 0.05~5 mol % 첨가된 것을 특 ` 징으로 하는 저전압 구동용SrTiO 3 :Pr,Al,Zn계형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (MeIMeⅡMeⅢ)TiO3˙A2O3의 조성에서 A는 0.5~80 mol % 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 저전압 구동용SrTiO 3 :Pr,Al,Zn계형광체.
