Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 차량의 차체 프레임(1)과 상기 차체 프레임(1)에 요동가능하게 연결된(swingably coupled) 차축 비임(2) 사이에 배치되는 유압 실린더(6)를 구비하고, 유압 통로(9a, 9b)는 실린더 케이스(12, 16, 17, 18)에 피스톤(13)으로 형성된 제 1 챔버(19)와 제 2 챔버(20)를 연결하고, 상기 피스톤(13)은 제 1 챔버(19)와 제 2 챔버(20)의 차압에 따라서 이동가능하고, 피스톤 로드(14)는 차축 비임(2)의 요동 운동을 흡수하기 위해 실린더 케이스(12, 16, 17, 18)에 대하여 선택적으로 연장 및 수축되고, 상기 유압 통로(9a, 9b)는 산업 차량의 이동 상태 및 적재 상태중 적어도 하나에 따라서 선택적으로 개폐되는 산업 차량에 사용되는 유압 장치에 있어서,상기 피스톤(13)은 제 1 챔버(19)를 형성하는 제 1 표면과 제 2 챔버(20)를 형성하는 제 2 표면을 가지며, 상기 제 1 표면은 제 2 표면의 면적과 동일한 면적을 가지며, 상기 유압 통로(9a, 9b)에서 유압 흐름을 허용하거나 금지시키기 위하여 선택적으로 개폐되도록 상기 유압 통로(9a, 9b)에 배치된 전자기 제어 밸브(7)와, 산업차량의 이동 상태와 적재 상태중 적어도 하나에 따라서 전자기 제어 밸브(7)를 제어하기 위한 제어기(11)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업 차량에 사용되는 유압 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 로드(14)는 피스톤(13)의 제 1 표면으로부터돌출되고, 제 1 챔버(19)를 통하여 연장되며 상기 차체 프레임(1)과 차축 비임(2)중의 하나와 연결되며, 가이드 로드(15)는 피스톤(13)의 제 2 표면으로부터 돌출되고, 제 2 챔버(20)를 통하여 연장되며, 상기 실린더 케이스(12, 16, 17, 18)는 차체 프레임(1)과 차축 비임(2)중의 다른 하나와 연결되며, 상기 피스톤 로드(14)는 가이드 로드(15)의 횡단면적과 동일한 횡단면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업 차량에 사용되는 유압 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 케이스는 가이드 로드(15)를 미끄럼 가능하게 수용하는 원통형 가이드 부분(17)을 포함하고, 상기 가이드 부분(17)은 차체 프레임(1)과 차축 비임(2)중의 다른 하나에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업 차량에 사용되는 유압 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 제어 밸브(7)는 이 전자기 제어 밸브(7)가 작동되지 않을 때에 유압 통로(9a, 9b)를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업 차량에 사용되는 유압 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유압 통로(9a, 9b)에 배치된 축압기(8)를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업 차량에 사용되는 유압 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 산업 차량은 포크리프트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 산업 차량에 사용되는 유압 장치.
