- 삭제
- 시멘트, 모래, 플라이애쉬,팽창제 및 물로 조성된 조립식 건축용 PC(Precast Concrete)접합모르타르(JOINT MORTAR)조성물에 있어서,시멘트 25~35중량%, 모래65~75중량%(모래 size : S1=0.6㎜이하, S2=0.6-2.4㎜, S3=2.4-4.7㎜), 플라이애쉬 3~6중량%,팽창제 0.2~0.3중량% 로 조성된 접합혼합조성물에 상기 접합조성물 중량%기준으로 15~20중량%의 물로 조성되어 있으며,상기 팽창제는 플라이애쉬 20~50중량%, 알루미늄분말 0.5~1중량% 및 SP(고유동화제)50~75중량%로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 조립식 건축용 PC(Precast Concrete)접합모르타르(JOINT MORTAR)조성물.
- 조립식 건축용 PC(Precast Concrete)접합모르타르(JOINT MORTAR)조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 플라이애쉬 20~50중량%와 알루미늄파우다 0.5~1.0중량%와 SP(분말상의 고유동화제) 50~75중량%로 팽창제를 제조한 다음에, 상기 팽창제 0.2~0.3중량%와 시멘트 25~35중량%, 모래65~75중량%, 플라이애쉬 3~6중량%로 접합혼합조성물을 제조한 후, 상기 접합조성물중량%기준으로 15~20중량%의 물을 혼합하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 조립식 건축용 PC(Precast Concrete)접합모르타르(JOINT MORTAR)조성물의 제조방법.
