Claims (9)
- 폴리아믹산 용액을 비용매에 침지시키기 전에 가열처리하여 부분적으로 이미드화 시킨 다음, 부분적으로 이미드화된 폴리아믹산 용액을 비용매에 침지시켜 폴리아믹산을 추출한 후, 이를 다시 공용매에 녹여 상분리법으로 비대칭 폴리아믹산 분리막을 제조하고, 상기 비대칭 폴리아믹산 분리막을 200~300℃에서 이미드화 시킴을 특징으로하는 비대칭형 폴리이미드 분리막의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 비용매가 물 또는 저가의 알코올인 것을 특징으로하는 비대칭형 폴리이미드 분리막의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 폴리아믹산 용액내 폴리아믹산 함량이 15∼20중량%인 것을 특징으로하는 비대칭형 폴리이미드 분리막의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 비용매에 침지시키기 전에 폴리아믹산 용액을 100∼150℃로 가열처리함을 특징으로하는 비대칭형 폴리이미드 분리막의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상분리법으로 제조된 분리막을 200∼300℃에서 이미드화 함을 특징으로하는 비대칭형 폴리이미드 분리막의 제조방법.
