Claims (1)
- 상부용액저장팬(12)에 저장된 절연코팅용액을 픽업하는 상부픽업롤(13), 상부두께조절롤(14), 상부코팅롤(16)을 포함하는 상부코터롤(10);과 하부용액저장팬(22)에 저장된 절연코팅용액을 픽업하는 하부픽업롤(23), 하부두께조절롤(24), 하부코팅롤(26)을 포함하는 하부코터롤(20);을 포함하여 구성되는 역방향 절연코팅장치(100)를 이용하여 무크롬 유무기질 절연코팅용액을 상하부코팅롤(16)(26) 사이에 인입되는 스트립의 표면에 코팅하는 역방향 코팅방법에 있어서,(a)상기 무크롬 유무기질 절연코팅용액은,비중:1.23~1.25, 점도:13~14cps, 온도:24-34℃의 용액을 사용하고;(b)상기 상하부코터롤은,상하픽업롤(13)(23)의 주속비:64~70%, 상하두께조절롤(14)(24)의주속비:90~95%, 상하코팅롤(16)(26)의 주속비:100~110%의 범위로 설정하고,상하코팅롤(16)(26)의 중심거리 간의 편차는 20~21.5mm의 범위로 유지하고;(d)상기 인입 스트립(15)의 온도는 28~40℃의 범위로 하고,스트립의 인입각(θ)을 3.0~4.5。로 유지한 상태;에서 스트립의 표면에 무크 롬산 절연코팅용액을 코팅하는 것을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 무크롬 유무기질 절연코팅용액의 역방향 코팅방법.
