Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 저탄소강을 소정 두께로 압연하는 단계를 거쳐 내융기성이 향상된 압연상태의 얇은 가공용 강판의 제조에 있어서, 500℃로 부터 Ar3변태점 까지의 온도 범위 이내에서 35% 이상의 압하율과 300초-1이상의 변형속도로 적어도 한번의 압연패스를 수행하며, 상기 저탄소강의 철 함량이 99.50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기압연 패스가 인장하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압연 단계 후 얇은 강판을 400℃ 이하의 온도에서 권취하는 단계와, 이어서 용융 금속도금 처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압연단계후 얇은 강판을 500℃ 이상의 온도에서 0.2초 이상동안 열처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압연 단계후 얇은 강판을 400℃ 이하의 온도에서 권취하는 단계와, 이어서 금속 전기 도금 처리하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 강판의 제조방법.
- 저탄소강을 소정 두께로 압연하는 단계를 거쳐 내융기성과 딥 드로잉성이 향상된 압연 상태의 얇은 가공용 강판의 제조에 있어서, 300℃로 부터 페라이트 재결정 온도 미만까지의 온도 범위 이내에서 35% 이상의 압하율과 300초-1이상의 변형속도로 적어도 한번의 압연 패스를 수행하는 단계와, 이 압연단계후 얇은 강판을 권취하여 200~500℃의 온도에서 적어도 1분간 유지하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 저탄소강의 철함량이 99.50%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 제조방법.
