Claims (1)
- 연강제 외피에 플럭스가 충진된 가스 쉴드 아크 용접용 와이어에 있어서, 와이어 전체 중량에 대하여 3성분계 슬래그 형성제인 TiO2+SiO2+Al2O3의 산화물 2∼10%와; 금속 불화물인 CaF2, NaF, K2SiF6, Na2SiF6, KF 중에서 적어도 한 가지 이상의 성분 0.1∼1.0%와; 금속 Ti 0.1∼0.25%와; 금속 B 0.002∼0.008%를 함유하는 메탈계 플럭스가 연강제 외피내에 충진된 것을 특징으로 하는 내 아연 프라이머 성능과 저온 충격 인성이 우수한 가스 쉴드 아크 용접용 메탈 코어드 와이어.
