Claims (3)
- 베어링부, 고온부, 저온부로 분할되고 상이한 재료로 이루어지는 각 로터를 용접에 의해 접합하여 이루어지는 증기 터빈의 상이한 재료의 용접 로터에 있어서,상기 각 로터의 접합 단면(端面)은 중심부에 원형의 오목부를 가짐과 동시에 주변부에 인접하는 로터와 서로 접합하는 환상 면을 가져서 용접에 의해 접합되어 내부에 공간부를 형성하며, 로터 외부 표면으로부터 상기 공간부로 연통하는 검사 구멍을 형성하고,상기 용접에 의해 접합된 환상 면의 내측 주위에는 상기 공간부내에서 중심을 향하여 양측면의 주위로부터 돌출된 돌기부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 돌기부를 형성하는 곡면의 반경을 R, 양 돌기부의 길이를 L이라고 하면, 상기 돌기부는 2<L/R<3의 관계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는증기 터빈의 상이한 재료의 용접 로터.
- 고온부, 저온부로 분할되고 상이한 재료로 이루어지는 각 로터를 용접에 의해 접합하여 이루어지는 증기 터빈의 상이한 재료의 용접 로터에 있어서,상기 각 로터의 접합 단면은 중심부에 원형의 오목부를 가짐과 동시에 주변부에 인접하는 로터와 서로 접합하는 환상 면을 가져서 용접에 의해 접합되어 내부에 공간부를 형성하며, 로터 외부 표면으로부터 상기 공간부로 연통하는 검사 구멍을 형성하고,상기 용접에 의해 접합된 환상 면의 내측 주위에는 상기 공간부내에서 중심을 향하여 양측면의 주위로부터 돌출된 돌기부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 돌기부를 형성하는 곡면의 반경을 R, 양 돌기부의 길이를 L이라고 하면, 상기 돌기부는 2<L/R<3의 관계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는증기 터빈의 상이한 재료의 용접 로터.
