Claims (6)
- 추출 탱크(1), 오일 보일러(2), 오일 탱크(3), 오일 펌프(5)로 구성되는 대나무(竹)로부터 죽력(竹瀝)을 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 몸체와 뚜껑으로 이루어진 추출 탱크(1)가 열재킷(4)으로 둘러싸여 있고, 추출탱크의 상단에는 용매의 유입관이 설치되어 있으며, 하단에는 용매의 유출관이 형성되어 있고, 열재킷은 오일 보일러(2) 및 오일 탱크(3)로 연결되어 열재킷 하단의 오일 펌프(5)에 의해 가열된 오일의 강제적 순환이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 대나무(竹)로부터 죽력(竹瀝)을 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 추출탱크의 상단에 온도 감지센서(8)가 부착되어 온도를 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 죽력을 제조하기 위한 장치.
- (1) 대나무를 몇갈래로 자른 후, 추출 탱크(1)에 넣는 단계;(2) 상기 (1)의 추출 탱크(1)에 에탄올과 물을 일정비율로 첨가하여 대나무를 불리는 단계;(3) 에탄올과 물의 혼합용액을 추출 탱크(1) 내부로부터 방출시키는 단계;(4) 오일 보일러(2)에 열을 가하여 추출 탱크(1)의 온도를 일정하게 유지하면서 죽력을 추출하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항의 장치를 이용한 죽력의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 단계 2의 에탄올과 물은 8:2 ~ 6:2의 비율로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 죽력의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 단계 4의 온도는 50 ~ 70 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 죽력의 제조 방법.
