Claims (1)
- 떡제조 단계, 다지는 단계, 시이트화 단계, 성형 단계, 생지 이송 단계, 건조 단계 및 팽창 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 쌀과자의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 성형단계에서, 생지 성형 진행방향에 대하여 30 ~ 60도로 경사지게 형성된 성형틀을 가지는 성형롤러를 사용하고, 상기 생지 이송 단계에서 이송 속도를 상기 성형롤러의 회전속도보다 3%~10% 빠르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀과자의 제조 방법.
