Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 매트릭스형태로 배열된 광전변환을 행하는복수의 화소와 이 복수의 화소에 대응하여 배치된 컬러 필터를 포함하며, 상기 컬러 필터는 스펙트럼 특성이 서로 다른 첫번째 종류의 제1필터, 두번째 종류의 제2필터 및 세번째 종류의 제3필터를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 화소는 제1방향으로 피치 L로 배열되어 행들을 형성하고, 이 행들의 각각이 제1방향에 수직인 제2방향으로 피치 M/2로 배열되고, 우수번째 행에 배치되는 화소는 기수번째 행에 배치된 대응 화소들로 부터 L/2만큼 제1방향으로 시프트되고, 상기 제1필터는 상기 기수번째의 행에 배열된 모든 화소에 대응하도록 배치되고, 상기 제2필터는 상기 우수번째의 행에 배열된 화소의 절반에 대응하도록 소정의 주기로 배치되며, 상기 제3필터는 상기 우수번째의 행에 있어서의 나머지 화소에 대응하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, L = M인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2필터는 우수번째의 행의 각각에 있어서 1화소 건너 대응하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2필터는 각 우수행에 있어서 1화소 건너 배치되고, 또한, 하나의 기수행을 협지한채로 하나의 우수행에 인접하는 우수행에 있어서, 제2필터가 상기 하나의 우수행에 배치된 화소에 대응하지 않는 나머지 화소들에 대해 상기 제2필터가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2필터는 각 우수행에 있어서 1화소 건너 배치되고, 또한, 하나의 기수행을 협지한채로 하나의 우수행에 인접하는 우수행에 있어서, 제2필터가 상기 하나의 우수행에 배치된 화소에 대응하는 나머지 화소들에 대해 상기 제2필터가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2필터와 제3필터는 상기 우수행에 있어서 1우수행 건너 행 단위로 교호로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1필터는 녹색 필터이고, 상기 제2필터는 적색 필터이고, 상기 제3필터는 청색 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스형태로 배치된 상기 복수의 화소는 제1 및 제2방향으로 주사되어, 이 복수의 화소로부터 영상신호가 독출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1방향으로 복수의 화소를 주사하기 위한 제1주사회로 및 제2방향으로 복수의 화소를 주사하기 위한 제2주사회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1주사회로 및 제2주사회로는 상기 제1 및 제2방향으로 매트릭스형태로 배열된 복수의 화소를 모두 순차적으로 주사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2주사회로의 주사에 의해 각 화소로 부터 독출된 영상신호를 전송하기 위한 복수의 수직 신호선과 이 수직신호선의 각각에 대해 제공되고, 상기 수직 신호선상의 영상신호를 유지하기 위한 복수의 메모리 소자를 구비하며, 상기 제1주사회로는 상기 복수의 메모리 소자를 주사하여 이 메모리 소자에 의해 유지된 하나의 화소의 동일 영상신호를 적어도 2회 독출하며, 이에 따라 제2방향으로의 해상도를 실질적으로 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 메모리 소자는, 상기 기수행의 화소에 대해 제공된 제1메모리소자군과, 상기 우수행의 화소에 대해 제공된 제2메모리 소자군을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2메모리 소자군으로 부터 독출된 영상신호를 전송하는 복수의 수평신호선이 제공되고, 상기 제1주사회로는, 소정의 주기로 상기 제1 및 제2메모리 소자군의 각 메모리 소자에 유지된 각각의 하나의 화소의 동일한 영상신호를 적어도 2회씩 독출하고, 상기 복수의 수평신호선중 하나의 수평신호선으로 부터 출력되는 영상신호가 하나의 수평열의 영상신호로 부터 다음 수평열의 영상신호로 변화하는 타이밍이, 상기 복수의 수평신호선중 상기 하나의 수평신호선과 다른 수평신호선으로 부터 출력되는 영상신호가 하나의 수평열의 영상신호로 부터 다음 수평열의 영상신호로 변화하는 타이밍과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 고체 촬상장치.
